These pillows are very soft and crinkly. The quality is very good, though a cat can pull out the imitation fur by biting and tugging at it with their teeth. Fortunately, the fur doesn't come out too easily. The catnip inside is quite potent, as my cat enthusiastically played with the green pillow for a couple of weeks before losing interest. The pink pillow received similar attention, but the gray pillow, containing less catnip, barely caught their interest. When I gave my cat the pink pillow again after putting it away, they went wild for it, reaffirming that the gray pillow had less catnip. I wish these pillows could be refilled, as it feels wasteful to discard them. Even after being washed, all three pillows remain in good condition, although my cat has lost interest. After two weeks of drooling and being dragged around, the pillows definitely needed a wash.

Santa brought this for Lady Gidget. She is our wobbly girl and can't use her back legs very well at all. She shakes all the time like she has Parkinsons (caused by a previous owner kicking her in the head). I worry she doesn't get enough exercise. Yesterday she played and played until she was just tired out and slept right through the night. I can honestly say watching her so happy and playing and excited made this the best Christmas ever.

My 9-year old cat Sunny went CRAZY for this thing as soon as it was out of the packaging. He played with it for almost an hour! The catnip smell was so potent that I could smell it. I’ve saved the other two for a special occasion. For the first few days, he played with it a lot. Now after a few weeks I see him play with it every day or two but the novelty wore off a bit as it usually does with these. If your cat likes catnip or kicker toys they’ll go insane for this.

One of our seniors got sent home with a loofah toy from the adoption center. That thing is very well loved, but we wanted to get her some backups just in case. Would love to tell you how the senior liked it, but our much younger boys immediately took 2 of the toys and had (and are having) an absolute ball. Crinkle level: high. startled our meeker cat Nip level: can smell it in the package lol Fluff level: Well, the kitten hasn't ripped it yet in 2 hours of crazy, so we're hoping it stays put.
