I think the actual product is a little lighter in color than pictured. It is still very pretty. Nice size of pebbles and they are smooth. I rinsed it in small batches

I think the actual product is a little lighter in color than pictured. It is still very pretty. Nice size of pebbles and they are smooth. I rinsed it in small batches and thought it rinsed a bit better than other aquarium gravels. Using the calculations on the bag I bought 4 10lb bags for a 60gal aquarium. Once it arrived I was doubtful it would work for 60gal and put it in 46gal bow front and used about 3.25 bags. So I don’t feel it would have covered the 60gal.

This is a fine product. It's quartz river pebbles, mostly smoke grey in color, but some tans, browns, yellows, and reds as well. Each pebble is perfectly smooth,

This is a fine product. It's quartz river pebbles, mostly smoke grey in color, but some tans, browns, yellows, and reds as well. Each pebble is perfectly smooth, and 1/4 of an inch in size or smaller. Some plant fiber mixed in as well but it was dried brown from being baked. I just left it in the gravel when I put it in my aquarium, no biggy. Usually I get bladder snails from any kind of river pebbles, but not these! Pisces USA is now my go-to brand. I ordered 10 bags, they came two days later to my front doorstep, neatly packed into two cardboard boxes. Chewy sent me emails to let me know when my order was received and when it shipped, which was nice of them. I am very satisfied with the product, the price, and the customer service I received. I would certainly recommend them for online shopping, and I will probably order from them again.
