Showed up with about half dead and food on bottom of tray

This was honestly quite ridiculous, I waited 1-2 weeks roughly for these worms and there were maybe 5 out of like maybe 15 alive??????(not 50 WHATsoever) the food

This was honestly quite ridiculous, I waited 1-2 weeks roughly for these worms and there were maybe 5 out of like maybe 15 alive??????(not 50 WHATsoever) the food was also completely dismantled and broken up not hanging at the bottom of the cup(which should be flipped around for cleaning and development)which has crushed all but 1 MAYBE 2 I can’t tell if it’s alive. I’m not sure if this was chewy or the provider or the shipping company whoever it was but I will NOT be buying again. -10/10, 100% do NOT buy this.

Never had a issue with ordering these as a rare treat for my bearded dragon and have always shipped nicely and delivery person was always good with keeping mw updated

Never had a issue with ordering these as a rare treat for my bearded dragon and have always shipped nicely and delivery person was always good with keeping mw updated on when delivery was to be expected and they were always cautious to not leave in the sun or weather that cld damage the worms before opening delivery. This time my worms were fried got to feed her 2.5 hornworms that weren't even 30% their full size potential. They're food was melted and rotted all them creating maggots almost 24hrs after trying to save my package....highly disappointed and ticked off i wasted money on these rare high priced but usually worth the quantity and price value when delivered with care.
