Honestly I was skeptical whether it would work or not and I read the great reviews and decided to try it and I'm glad I did! It has really helped my Chihuahua with her collapsed trachea/coughing and I just started out with half of what the starter dosage was and went up slow. I can tell a big difference if she doesn't take it! It's pricey for what little you get plus shipping $55 but it does help a lot and I will definitely keep purchasing! Thank you Chewy!

I have a 13 year old Pomeranian that began brutally coughing 2 weeks ago. Took her to vet and she has a Collapsed Trachea. Her cough was the worst a night. She has ways slept with me. The vet prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup. On the 3rd night in we were still both up at 3am. The meds in 5 days still hadn't helped. The next morning at work I started researching and it kept bringing me back to this Throat Gold. The reviews seem too good to be true. So I also watched a couple videos of people that used it. I thought it's worth a try. She is on her 5th day and I'm writing this crying cause her coughing is 90% gone. Back to sleeping through the night. Her usual howling that ill never get annoyed with again haha. I also bought a air purifier for the bedroom . Anyway this is my 1st review of a product I have ever written but I knew I had to.

Significantly Improved my dogs coughing fits

I know there are many mixed reviews on this product, but for me and my dog this has made a tremendous improvement! After over $400 spent at the vet for them to say

I know there are many mixed reviews on this product, but for me and my dog this has made a tremendous improvement! After over $400 spent at the vet for them to say my dog had to be on this pill the rest of his days (due to collapsed trachea). I decided to do my own research and look for alternatives. This worked for my dog almost immediately! He was not hacking, wheezing or dry coughing all through the day like he was. This really suppresses the cough and supports his breathing, so much that when Marley(my yorkie) sees me grabbing for this, he sits and waits patiently. Even he knows how much this has helped him. Be mindful on how much you fill in the dropper, I suggest everyone start your pet off with smaller doses then recommended. I'm super grateful for this product and it has lasted me months, thus far. Just bought more!

My 13 year old pomeranian has collapsed trachea and has been 'honking' for years. Because of his old age, surgery isn't an option and I was happy to have found this product! We had used this previously and it has worked wonders! He doesn't like me dropping it directly in his mouth, so I add it twice a day to his food and he doesn't seem to notice:) after the first week, we noticed that his coughing decreased! I know it started working because even my parents noticed he wasn't coughing as much anymore!! Don't expect a 100% cure, this would just lessen the amount of coughing. But I did reccomend this to a friend with a pom too and she didn't noticed a difference. However, I am about to purchase my second bottle!

I got this for my pug puppy who has woke up with a dry cough in the morning. Its usually just one cough and then she’s fine the rest of the day. I’m a little hesitant to say it officially works because I just started it 3 days ago but today for the first time she woke up without a cough! I have noticed improvement in her breathing as well she’s much less raspy and hasn’t been snoring. She also loves the taste and will take it right out of the dropper! I’ll probably do another review later on once we have used it longer but so far I’d say it was worth the money and seems to be helping!

Works wonders, but make sure there are no underlying health issues

I gave this to my 10 year old Chihuahua. He always had a nasty cough after barking, and the vet had told us it was heart problems or trachea issues. We bought this since we couldn't afford the hear medication weekly, and his cough subsided. He no longer coughed after barking, only when he was exerted. He unfortunately passed away after 3 months of using this because he had both trachea issues and heart problems. This product works, but I urge all pet parents to make sure that the pet doesnt have any other issues, because this is not a cure, it is a remedy.

I’m reordering today, so I can say it lasts 4mos given the recommended dose (.25 twice a day) for one cat. Feral cat was abt to kick the bucket in early Feb, he was skeletal, eyes glued shut w discharge, sneezing, hacking/coughing, no balance, couldn’t walk straight or land on his feet. He was so weak, We were able to scoop him up and take him to a vet. He was diagnosed felv+. Fast fwd to May, we got him neutered. Fast fwd to now the month of August, ChaChaCharlie is thriving. We give him abt 7 other supplements but this one for his respiratory support it definitely works wonders!

I'm on my second bottle, 17 year old chihuahuaand she had been months with terrible cough, hacking non stop and especially at night. So much money spent at VET trying to find reason why and getting prescribed expensive cough pills that really diid not help much .I looked on here and read so many positive reviews so I tried it and after a few days she has stopped coughing and only does it once in a while now. I highly recommend it, good luck all !
