Poor quality

This item was received with a broken perch. The plastic is very flimsy and I can imagine more breaking with the frequent refilling requirements for hummingbird

This item was received with a broken perch. The plastic is very flimsy and I can imagine more breaking with the frequent refilling requirements for hummingbird feeders. Also, the plastic connection where the metal hanger goes appears it will quickly fail with the weight of the large glass nectar container and normal twisting and turning in the wind. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this product.

This feeder is a winner! The glass is easy to clean as are the detachable bottom trays. Our hummers like to sit and rest on the available circular perch. The yellow "flowers" need extra care when cleaning and little bottle brushes really make the job easier. I use a tiny screwdriver to pop out the flowers so that everything is really clean before rehanging. Plastic flower replacements are available. I have 2 feeders so that I can swap out a clean feeder quickly and the hummingbirds don't miss a drink!

I love that this is glass and easy to clean. I have tried other hummingbirds feeders but Always go back to perky pet feeders. I own at least 6 of them. They are well designed, great quality and last. I get lots of hummingbirds. They seem to really like these feeders. I do plant lots of plants that attract them as well. Hummingbirds are a joy to watch.

This is the type of feeder I have ordered for years. The one prior to this purchase started to leak. We live in a very hotclimate and the plastic base just can’t hold up in the sun since I haven’t purchased one in so many years I didn’t realize how expensive had gotten. That’s the reason for the four stars otherwise it would’ve gotten five.

Two of the perches arrived broken

One break obviously occurred PRIOR to shipment because the broken perch was taped to the glass, meaning that whoever shipped it was aware it was broken and shipped

The feeder itself is one of the best. However, when I opened the package I found a broken strand of plastic which was one of the perches for the hummingbirds. I

The feeder itself is one of the best. However, when I opened the package I found a broken strand of plastic which was one of the perches for the hummingbirds. I didn’t return it or ask for a refund since it still has 5 perches and nothing else broken. When I looked closely at how it was packed, even though there was bubble wrap it wasn’t situated in a manner to protect the perches. You need to improve your wrapping and insulation in the box.
