Husbun has bad arthritis at 7 1/2 years old. Vet said put him on this in between his adequan injections and he is on meloxidyl every day also. I give him natural milk thistle from nhv too for lover just to combat the meds. So i am thankful this is a clean alternative for joint pain. He gets up and runs to this. He needs low calcium so he can move better too. His girlfriend does not have arthritis but she will take his and she is 9. So i give her half and him her orher half plus one. He is almost 7 lbs and she is 4 1/2. If i donnot have the bag opened fast enough when i grab it they basically jump all over me so i think i am being conned and maybe his legs do work bc he sure can run when it is time to get these out.

The vet had recommended putting my 9-year old bunny on Meloxicam for her arthritis, but after she stole the bottle and tried to overdose on her meds, I wanted to switch to something more natural. She was off meds/supplements for a few months and was definitely slower. We started giving her these supplements a few days ago and last night I found her on *top* of the cage she sleeps in at night. She hasn’t done a jump that high in years (even when on the meloxicam)! She’s also resumed her daytime zoomies and generally seems happier. I think the medication made her a bit stoned, so I’m glad these supplements are helping her be pain free and still alert! They apparently taste pretty good because she’ll run up and do tricks for them. Our only problem now is figuring out how to bunny-proof everything up to 4 feet off the ground...

They were recommended by my vet for my 5 year old rabbit who has been having some arthritic issues for most of his life that have resulted in him being less able to clean himself and move comfortably. My oldest who will be 3 soon, just went to the vet with weight loss and appetite change. After they did a radiograph, they finally found that he has mild arthritis in his back. They prescribed him with these tablets and within a week he was back to himself, maybe even younger. As I write this he is in his cage popcorning and having the zoomies like he did when he was only a few months old. Oxbow is a stable brand in our home, and have never been disappointed with the results of their products.
