I haven't opened the small biscuits bag yet. I'm sure they're broken too. I've can canceled my auto ship. I'll pay the extra to get more whole pieces at the local pet store. This makes me sad.

After feeding our dogs Wet Noses organic treats, I’m thinking for 10+ years, we got fed up with Wet Noses outsourced Customer DIS-Service, and we fired Wet Noses. We looked for a treat that was similar in quality to Wet Noses. Although, not organic (like, Wet Noses), Old Mother Hubbard’s treats have the appearance of being similar in quality. If our dogs are a reliable barometer of quality, the Old Mother Hubbard’s treats must be OK, as our dogs love Old Mother Hubbard’s treats. Wet Noses lost a forever customer by shifting their Customer Service from people who cared, who were in-house Wet Noses employees, to an outsourced Call Center, of incompetent employees, who do not care. Sayonara, Wet Noses. Fortunately, chewy.com customer service, and business policies are great.

We decided to switch things up for our English Mastiff, and since peanut butter is basically his love language we wanted to try Old Mother Hubbard P-Nuttier treats. It was a big hit with him. Fair warning: these treats are large and thick treats. Not a dealbreaker but we just break them in half and suddenly they’re the perfect size (and we get twice the treats, which feels like winning). The price difference compared to other brands is minimal, but the quality is noticeably better than some of the other options we’ve tried before. And here’s the real bonus, he has significantly less gas. Large bread owners know what I am talking about. If you’ve ever lived with a Mastiff, you know this alone earns five stars. We’ll definitely be buying these again.
