Nutri-Vet Pet-Ease Soft Chews Calming Supplement for Dogs, 6-oz bag

I love my English Mastiff, but when her ears need to be cleaned, this romping 140+lbs, slobber-slinging dog is miserable. She wants them fixed, but doesn't want her ears touched. I found out I can't sit on her to clean them, so it took a small army to get the job done. I found this product at a Pet store when I was out of town. 10 of these soft chewies and I can pretty much do anything to her! Now she knows when I get the pouch out, she's gonna get a treat. 30-45 mins later, the ears get cleaned. Her reward .... I bought her a puppy!! They're best of buddies now - like Spike and Tike.

My poor dog has been suffering from anxiety for the last nine years of her life. I decided to try these not giving it to much help but just thought something is better than nothing. There is an instant difference in her demeanor. She weighs almost 70 pounds so I give her the maximum amount when I see her stress is coming on which is pretty much daily. So that is anywhere from 6 to 10 choose but there is a 12 to 24 hour period that she is completely worry free and completely happy. There’s some thing you see in her eyes that you don’t see on a daily basis....Because the poor thing has to suffer from anxiety. We’ve had her since she was a puppy. She hasn’t suffered from abuse or neglect. This is just somethings she was pretty much born with and was going to suffer with. Definitely would recommend these to anybody I will never run out of stock of these

Our newest rescue, a 20# Maltipoo, gets carsick. I saw this product online and thought that I'd try it on her. It worked, she wasn't worried during the car ride, and we arrived without having to change clothes. Our "middle rescue dog," a wire fox terrier, is a 15# bundle of high strung nerves. She never stops shaking and is always "on." I can tell you that we have tried many drugs and calming products, prescription and pet store products. Some work a little, many don't. We have had weeks of no sleep due to storms and I dread July 4th week. But last night, we had a terrible storm, and on a whim I gave her 2 chews. The bag recommends one for her size, but I did give her 2, and within 5 minutes, she stopped shaking, barking, and pacing. It was the first time in 6 years that she had stopped shaking!!! I wish that I could show the effect that this product had on her last night, she looked calm but not drugged, something that I have tried to do for her since we adopted her. She was able to lay next to me without shaking and when we went to bed, she was able to sleep without waiting in anticipation for the next flash of lightning. I can't give this product enough stars!

I ordered these vs the crunchy Pet Ease. Although they do work as well as the other Pet Ease, I found them much more difficult for my old dog to chew than the crunchy ones. They aren't soft. We got through a month of them, but we will go back to the original Pet Ease that aren't considered soft chews. They were too firm.
