My pup Moxie was a foster fail that lived most of her life on a chain. She is severely lacking in socialization and bravery so the world is scary. Shes an amazing pup at home though and finding her perfect mix of meds to take the edge off has called for lots of fine tuning. Moxie doesn't react well to an increase in her Prozac (lethargy and standoffish behavior) and any addition of Traz or Gaba turn her into a zonked out version of herself. This supplement has been an AMAZING addition to our regimen and it gives her the extra boost she needs while keeping her personality intact. It isn't fair to expect this supplement to replace a prescription grade medication in a pup with extreme anxiety. However, when utilized to complement or in a pup that just needs a boost, it does great things!! Moxie is also very picky and eats these well. Love this!!!

We have an 80 pound 4-year-old heeler pit mix, that was always on alert and is very reactive. He is supposed to take 2 full chews a day for his weight; he is actually taking 1/2 a chew 2 times a day and the difference is amazing. He can actually relax and sleep sound throughout the day. He is easier to calm when something makes him reactive, like a wondering dog he sees while in the house or near his fence line. Today it stormed and he is terrified of thunder no pacing or hiding. This dose is fine for him at home, and it is nice to know we can up it to the higher dose when we know he will be out of his comfort zone. We know this product will not turn him into the perfect dog, but we feel this product helps us manage his emotions better.

My dog started becoming anxious as she's gotten older. Certain noises and especially fireworks and thunder stress her beyond belief. I tried a thunder shirt, a sedative my vet gave me, dog music, and treats; nothing has helped enough to stop her from climbing on and scratching me to the point I break out in hives. My vet recommended this product, I noticed she's not as jumpy and when the home alarm accidentally goes off she hardly reacts. She used to howl/yelp and run around! We haven't done 4th of July or NYE yet but my neighbors love any reason to light fireworks, so far she's just barked at them. My vet recommends upping the dosage leading up to the 2 big holidays but even without doing that I can tell she's not nearly as bothered as she used to be. I have hight hopes with NYE coming up. I also noticed she's become more patient for her meal times. She used to drive me crazy but now she doesn't whine and scratch, she'll even go lay down if I'm not giving in to her because its too early for dinner. That being said, she's still happy and excitable so it hasn't turned her into a zombie dog. I wish I found this product sooner!

Shelby’s vet has prescribed gabapentin and trazodone for her dementia and spinning. I chatted with a vet on your app asking for a recommendation for a treat to help calm Shelby down since it took hours for the medication to kick in and then she was unable to walk or stand. Your vet recommended these treats. I don’t want to say they are better than the medication but they are. The effect is faster and less dramatic. She has had relief from the nonstop speed walking in tiny circles. Excellent product and advice

Our vet encouraged us to get this to coincide with our dog’s daily medication. He has severe separation anxiety, although he is doing SO GOOD compared to when we first adopted him. And just general anxiety, we don’t think he had a good 10 months before he was found and taken to the shelter. I can’t say 100% that these are working amazing. But I can tell a difference from when he was only on his meds to now with two of these included. He has been taking these on and off for about 3 weeks now and I believe they do help take the edge off. But as always, every calming chew is different. We have tried probably 5 or 6 others that did nothing. But we will keep with this one.

These treats seem to help our dog with her anxiety. Our dog has actual prescription medication for storm anxiety, however, we don't want to have to give that to her excessively. We decided to try this for times when it may not be extreme enough conditions to medicate her. These treats seem to help. For our dog, they are not strong enough for use during a true thunderstorm or fireworks situation, but again, they work well for less threatening situations when her anxiety seems to be creeping in. We have purchased more than once and would continue to do so.

I bought this item after it was recommended by a dog groomer for my 9-year-old lab mix with severe separation anxiety. His SA is very severe. He would not be able to be alone for more than 5 minutes. My husband is lucky enough to be able to take him to work everyday, but we would not be able to leave him home even to go to the grocery store together. After trying numerous prescription meds from our vet, we figured we would give this a try. He has been taking Solliquin for a month and we have definitely seen a difference. We are able to leave him home alone now for a few hours without coming home to a destroyed house!!

My vet prescribed this for my dog who has bad anxiety and fear barks a lot. He’ll bark at anything and everything. Prior to starting Solliquin, my pup was on a organic hemp and valerian root calming chew by Premium Care. After about 2 months on Premium Care, my dog was showing much improvement. He wasn’t minding people passing in front of him, he wasn’t fear barking as much as he was when he wasn’t on Premium Care. He was much calmer and didn’t seem to be afraid of everything. Almost peaceful. When my vet decided to start him on solliquin, I was hesitant but hopeful. After using solliquin, I can honestly say that it does not work for our pup. It made him return to his usual ways of fear barking at everything. He’s more agitated and on edge. He isn’t calm and peaceful like he was progressing to before with Premium Care. This product may work for some pups with lighter behavioral issues, but not for those like my Mini Dachshund who has big social behavioral issues like fear barking. I threw away the last little bit of my solliquin left as I felt it just worsened my pups mentality and was harmful to him. For people with puppies like mine, I truly recommend Premium Care Calming Chews and a lot of treat training!

This was recommended to me by our vet. Our little Molly age 15 is struggling with the beginnings of kitty dementia, getting “lost” in the house and crying. She has only taken this for several days but seems to be improving. She doesn’t have much of an appetite so I have been crumbling this into her food so it’s easy for her to eat. Hopefully she continues to become more comfortable and not feeling as stressed and lost. She is my sweet girl.
