This is a great supplement. My dog is impossible to pill, so I hide it in her breakfast and although it’s recommended on an empty stomach, I still think it helps. By the way, if you’re trying this supplement and still not seeing an improvement in your dog’s liver enzyme values, please consider trying a low copper food like Voyager. The vets will not tell you this! But it is the thing that finally helped my dog’s liver enzymes from continuing to climb to scary levels!

River is an older dog and her liver enzymes are somewhat elevated. My vet recommended this medication. I won’t know how effective these pills will be for several months when we do more lab work. River gets two pills a day. A month supply is $154.00 I know a little about medication cost since my dogs are on several different medications. I consider the cost of this medication Price Gouging. I hope it works.

My 15 year old dog seemed to be ready give out on me. He was not eating, he was very tired, and feeling weak. We took him to the vet to find out he had liver problems. We started giving him this supplement for the past month and he's like his old self again. So happy these worked! He's eating whole meals and acts like a puppy again when he runs into the neighborhood dogs.

This is very important for dogs with elevated liver enzymes. There is only one med Rosy is prescribed that Chewy does not carry, and the vendor persists in mailing it in padded envelopes so the packages arrive squashed flat. It makes me love Chewy even more, because I don’t have to tell you to box my meds. Everything is boxed when it comes from Chewy. This little jar of Denamarin came in a box, with lots of paper padding. It sad how’s that somebody at Chewy cares.
