My cat is around 10 years old and I got her when I was in college when she showed up at my door. I did not have a lot of money at the time so her diet was not terrible, but once I was able to provide some higher quality food for her she did seem more excited to eat. However, recently she was extremely stressed when one of our dogs was nearing the end of his life and chewed her rear leg hair to the point where you practically see the bone. We took her to vet and there was really no conclusive answer other than stress. I was so worried about her fur not growing back and being an early senior now I was just concerned in general about her health. Her fur had been like this for almost 2 months and I didn’t think it was going to grow back. She has been taking Dasuquin for a little over a month now and follows the instructions on the bag. I am extremely pleased with how much her fur has grown back. She is a picky eater, so having this supplement is great for many reasons and has met my expectations. She enjoys eating them also which is amazing!

Got these because my cat was, for the first time in her 13 years, picky about her food and would eat around the dasuquin powder when I mixed it in there. She loves these and I no longer have to worry about the arthritis in her hips causing her as much pain. My younger cat also likes them, so he gets a couple everyday as well so he isn't left out of treat time. My only issue is that the treats are a little big for smol kitty mouths, but I just cut them in half and that seems to work fine! Picture of my old lady for cuteness!

The vet advised us to get this for our 16-year-old Maine Coon who is arthritic and walks like a little old cat lady with difficulty navigating her cat stairs and unable to climb or jump anymore. She begs for it evey morning and evening. Not only does it seem to be helping her pain and mobility, but she enjoys it immensely as if it were a treat. It's soft and easily chewable for her, though sometimes she's so excited to get it that she swallows it whole.

Flower is a geriatric cat with severe arthritis. She cannot jump. She can walk and run fine. Sone starting the soft chews, she is not able to do two pet steps to be able to look out the window. We followed the directions of starting with 2 chews and then tapering to one chew. However, I do still sometimes give her 2 if she looks like she is having a rough day. Even the vet is amazed she can do 2 pet steps now.

We got this for my cat who has hip dysplasia to help give her joints a little boost until she can get surgery to fix it in a couple years. I think it definitely helped her, and she loved the taste. The fact that it’s similar taste/texture to a cat treat is awesome, she takes it with no issues. But our other cat who’s smarter and can jump higher than her also thinks they’re treats even though he doesn’t need them. He figured out how to open drawers and opened their treat drawer and ate almost 2/3 of a bag of these overnight. We had to talk to animal poison control (the chewy vet support line was so so helpful and kind with us), who recommended that we take them to the ER vet. We can’t be sure our other cat didn’t get any as well so we have to treat both of them. They’re gonna be fine, but about $3k in vet bills later I have learned about the importance of being overly cautious with locking stuff. Even if your cat doesn’t normally get into drawers, just make sure these are extra secured anyways. We have ordered drawer locks and repurchased another bag of these as a replacement because they were helping our other cat!

I noticed our street rescue cat Gustavus Adolphus, the Lion of the North, was having a little trouble getting up and down the stairs, and I brought him to see the vet. She informed us that he was fine, and that slowing down was normal for a fifteen year old cat. FIFTEEN!!!! What?! We thought he as TEN. She convinced us otherwise, and once we started him on the Dasaquin, he's been bounding up and down our many stairs with considerable zip. I know I'm a lot more comfortable in my old bones since I've been using the human equivalent, and I'm happy to report Gus is dong well too. He seems much mofre comfortable and energetic since he started using the supplement. Now, if he would take them consistently, I'd be even happier, but he occasionally turns up his nose at them. But they've made a noticeable difference in his ease of movement.

My kitty, Poppy, is 15 years old. He has his health issues of course and arthritis and stiffness is definitely one thing. I’ve been giving Dasuquin now for a while and I can tell when I forget for a few days, he definitely has a harder time jumping and getting around. I will continue adding this supplement to his diet for the future. It’s easy to just add to his meals and he’s happy to snarf them down!

My vet recommended Dasuquin for my 19 year old cat after he had a reaction to shots for arthritis. He refused these as chews. He wouldn't eat food with the powder sprinkled in. He was becoming stiffer and stiffer so in desperation I crumbled these up into powder, made a powder of beef liver treats that he likes, combined the two and we are now able to get the Dasuquin down him! It has only been a few days so too soon to see if it helps him, but fingers and toes crossed!

I bought these for my handsome 11 year old boy, Manson. I had noticed he was a taking his time to get up from laying down. This is his 4th week(he is over 10 pounds) of taking them and he has no issues getting up from laying and he is back to chasing the dog. He had paused in the dog chasing cuz I think it hurt his joints. He gets to screaming when he hears me open the bag. He loves them. I will continue to use these.

I told my vet the cat was hesitating before jumping on the bed or couch, and he had started just sitting around instead of being active as usual. I thought it must be either fatigue or pain keeping him inactive so the vet recommended Dasuquin. He wouldn't eat the powder inside the capsules so I tried the chews and he started running and jumping again! Now I don't let the Dasuquin run out; I was thrilled for him and--with my arthritis-- even a little jealous!
