Will these help along with her prescription food to prevent her getting bladder stones again?

Our dog had bladder surgery a couple years ago. Vet suggested Crananidin and C/D diet. We give each night with peanut butter. She loves it and vet said urine is perfect.

Does it matter the time of day or whether to this is given with food??
