Amazing product but cats won't eat it

I'm embarrassed to admit how much time I put into figuring out the best (dry food) nutritional options for our 3 cats. I figured out how to calculate carbs and rate

I'm embarrassed to admit how much time I put into figuring out the best (dry food) nutritional options for our 3 cats. I figured out how to calculate carbs and rate protein sources, etc. Nulo was in the top 3. I was so excited when the first bag arrived but it's been 2 weeks and they've meticulously picked out, and eaten, all of the transitional old food but will not touch the Nulo kibble. With straight Nulo they've gone on a hunger strike and even resorted to begging for human food (not typical behavior for them at all). It's apparently a bust from the perspective of flavor. I've never seen them flat out reject a food. Ever. One of the three is a former feral that lived under a bar for at least 6 years and subsisted on pigeons and garbage before we (miraculously) trapped & turned him but even he ejects every stray bit of Nulo kibble from his mouth. It's a great product - hence the stars - but my advice is to give your cat(s) a sample before you buy a larger bag.

I've got a rescue Sphynx cat, Dolores. I also have two male cats, Edgar and Ray. This food is the perfect balance for them. Because of her breed, Dolores requires a high protein food. Edgar is super active so he needs calories. Ray is an older cat and tends to be on the chunky side. Somehow, and believe me, I don't know why, all of them have maintained weight, have shiny coats (except Dolores, she's bald), have excellent attitudes, don't act like they're starving to death ALL of the time, and eat the food as soon as they hear the automatic feeders calling them. It's a miracle. The vet says they're all healthy. I have had no urinary tract issues with Edgar or Ray since we started with this product.

I researched kitten food for ages before I finally decided on Nulo. It was the best quality for the price that I could find, it's something I feel good about feeding her without breaking the bank. I am giving her a combination of this dry food as well as some wet food to keep enough moisture in her diet but I definitely recommend this dry food, it's healthy with good ingredients and my kitty loves it. I had to put the bag in a drawer because when she's hungry she will bite and claw the bag! 5 stars from Hammy and I.

It was worth a try for my toothless cat

So i purchased this because it’s both cat/kitten food and while my cat is around 8 she is missing teeth. This kibble is 1/4 size of regular kibble so I figured it would be something to try to see if she could just eat and swallow it easier especially if she wasn’t needing to really chew it up. I am just trying to make sure she gets nutrition and wet food only diet sometimes isn't enough. For anyone reading this, nulo is a good brand and made with great ingredients. My cat is just picky but this is a good solution for a cat that maybe cannot chew property. You don't have to worry about choking if they swallow it whole. It is very tiny/ kitten size kibble. Ill see if i can lure her to eat this w some toppers. Thanks chewy!!!

I think I've found the best dry food for my cats! I have one older diabetic kitty with few remaining teeth. He loves hard kibble, but just cannot eat it without vomiting. The small kibble size is perfect for him, and my other cats don't think that is an issue! They all love the taste! Best part of all ... after some research, I find this food compares nutritionally to the prescription-only diabetic dry cat foods I have purchased in the past.
