Non-stop Dogwear Touring Bungee Adjustable Dog Leash, Black/Grey, 23-mm wide

I recently started running with my dog, and it was clear that my current leash was not going to cut it. I needed a bungee, and I needed to be hands free. I recently purchased the NSD Line harness grip, so I started looking into their leashes and belts. I was very close to ordering the Rush belt from the NSD website because Chewy doesn't carry it, but I couldn't bring myself to pay 15 dollar shipping, plus I would have still needed a reliable bungee leash. I decided to try this leash first, sans belt, and if it doesn't work out I can always add the belt later. But it actually works just fine for our purposes. Since my dog isn't a very hard puller, the waist loop was comfortable enough for me, and has a little padding along the back. The clips are very secure and highly adjustable. I'm slim and it adjusts down easily to fit my waist, but also works cross body for casual walking, or public outings when I want him closer to me. It's also very secure if I need to attach him to a table or tree. I absolutely love the bungee, it absorbs any shock from random pulls. The traffic handle is perfectly placed and super convenient for passing other dogs, or crossing streets. I would give this 5 stars if the traffic handle was padded, because it's a little stiff and uncomfortable to grip, at least brand new. At 70 dollars, I want two padded handles. But I'm happy with this setup for now, and will consider the Rush belt and harness if we ever start running longer distances.
