So Far O.K....

I have a 7 year old chocolate lab, he was on Wellness brand white fish & sweet potato. He had allergies and his coat was not looking as good as it should. I have been slowly converting him over to the NOW brand. Doing a 1/2 & 1/2 mix until I gradually phase out the Wellness all together. He seems to tolerate the food ok. No stomach issues so far. His skin on his belly is looking much better, the allergies seem to have calmed down and his coat is getting much softer & shinier. My only concern with this is (being this is a "senior" formula) is the size of the kibble. Sometimes my dog seems like he is having a little difficulty with it. He does always finish his bowl, but I don't like to see him have any kind of struggle with the size of the food.

My 15 year old dog has been eating this product for the past 5 years. I saw an immediate positive change in her coat when we transitioned to this new kibble. I also add fresh cooked chicken, a bit of good wet food, steamed vegetables, and a bit of yogurt to her daily diet. Kibble alone is not the best choice for nutrition, but combining with joint supplements and recommended medication for liver function has helped this lady still jog around the house, play, and function normally.

For one, I’ve a large breed dog and was so tired of the tiny kibble of other large breed dog food. The larger pieces (about 2-3x the size) are great! Second, my dog is obese and this is the 5th diet food we’ve tried and not only does he love it but I can visibly see weight loss after only a few weeks. I’ve been trying for 2 years with various diets and this one is working. He gets plenty to eat but it’s still working. My other dogs even want to eat his left overs but they’re on the regular formula of this food... also great with larger kibbles. I highly recommend this food. It’s awesome

I like to give my dog the very best in nutrition. He is alternating between Orijen and NOW. I like his weight, he likes the food and we both know he is getting all he needs every day. I have a Masters Degree in Nutrition and this food meets all the requirements. i believe what we put in our body will enhance the immune system. This food has it all. I also do not have to buy supplements because the kibble has exactly every7 supplement a dog his age would need.

I used to think this food was superior to other large breed senior dog foods. But since the new reformulation something is way off. My dog is having issues with her stomach getting upset after eating it and larger stool than previously. I’m not sure what the changes were, but it wasn’t good for us! We will have to find a new food unfortunately :(

I feed my dogs raw. However, I had to be away for a few days, and I have 4 dogs:. 3 seniors and one junior. I needed a stand in for raw as my daughter was caring for the dogs. I needed simple, quick, delicious, and nutritious. I found this food locally, and it received great reviews here. I bought it for my stand in food Eased my dogs in in .25, .50, .75 increments. 3 of my 4 dogs loved the food. My junior (2 yrs) did not relish it, but he ate it. The product looked and smelled very wholesome. My dogs did really well on it. We are back to raw, but I was happy to offer my dogs this quality product.

I contacted Petcurean as I wanted to transition my senior dog from the Hills Metabolic and Mobility now that she lost the weight she needed to. I had used their

I contacted Petcurean as I wanted to transition my senior dog from the Hills Metabolic and Mobility now that she lost the weight she needed to. I had used their Go! food with 2 of my younger dogs in the past, and they did great on it. But wasn’t sure which food would work best for my 10yr old Lab X. The customer service at Petcurean was absolutely excellent!!!!!! They provided information regarding future glucosamine supplementation in consultation with my vet, and mailed me a coupon for a free 25lb bag of the NOW Fresh for Large Breeds Senior. My dog LOVED this food immediately and there were zero gastrointestinal issues getting her on this food 100%. Also her bowel movements are much smaller and more solid on it. I highly recommend this food and especially Petcurean as a company. 2 dewclaws’ and 2 thumbs’ up!!

My boy went crazy the second he smelled this food! He loves crunching down on the big bites of kibble. My husky has an extremely sensitive stomach and cannot tolerate chicken. This was the perfect alternative. I didn't even have to do a slow introduction! His poop was super healthy after the transition. So worth the price to give your dogs better quality food. I also love the Ziploc feature

Worried they changed the formula

Had my dog on Now for 6 years and very happy with the food. About 6 months ago his gas was deadly actually lethal. A 130 pound Bullmastiff. Added the vet recommended
