This is the second time that I purchased this item. Although one dog is 7 years-old, 65 pounds and laid back and the other is 7-month-old energetic puppy, both dogs go crazy about these toys. There are enough of them, so 'toy envy' doesn't occur. Considering that two dogs are constantly chewing on them, these toys last a long time.

Adorable but died quickly

These are adorable. I love the giant eyes. They are just the cutest. I liked the sounds and so did the dogs but I thought they were all supposed to sound different

These are adorable. I love the giant eyes. They are just the cutest. I liked the sounds and so did the dogs but I thought they were all supposed to sound different and most of them sounded very similar. I wanted to give this a higher rating but some of these toys didn’t even survive one fetch tug session so even though it had several toys in the pack I still could not go higher than 3 stars. My dogs are super strong though so with smaller dogs these might be fun and last longer.

All 5 provided distinct sounds

I bought 2 sets, one each for my fur-niece and fur-nephew (separate households). I considered splitting one set between the two, but so many reviewers complained

I bought 2 sets, one each for my fur-niece and fur-nephew (separate households). I considered splitting one set between the two, but so many reviewers complained that half didn't squeek. I was pleasantly surprised that all 5 worked, and each had a distinct sound! I'm still glad I got them each their own set. I was also concerned about the super cute to us, bulging eyes, it can be perceived as a sign of agression to a dog. I've seen both fear stuffed animal snowman decorations, presumably due to the big black eyes. Most of these 5 (sorry, I'm going off of memory) had...a line like a brow or wink as not to agressively be staring. Okat, it's hard to explain. Nevertheless, both dogs played nicely with all of these. Yes, all 10 toys (2 sets) were scattered about during our family gathering. They're very well made and sturdy. I definitely recommend them, even for human children too!

These toys are tougher than most plushies. I put them in a drawer and saved them until I needed them for when our pup was extra bored or had cabin fever. Our pup did indeed destroy each one relatively quickly (but that’s the norm for her with even the toughest toys) but I kept sewing these back together and they remain a favorite.

Teddy knows these toys are his and he no longer goes after the cat toys. His favorite is the chicken, then the giraffe, and then the pig. He also likes the duck

Pups Pulverize Plushies

The plush critters were decently constructed and sized - however they were no match for the pups (10 & 11 yr old pitties). Ordered this set and two other similar sets intended to replace the dinosaurs, aliens, raccoons, monkeys, & hedgehogs from last year's sets that we have had "reduction in numbers" - these were too large to stuff into volcano, shapeships, & various other critter home themed puzzles. I think the size actually contributed to their premature demise of the recent critter sets. Super cute though for the 2 hours they survived.
