The fact that such a large company is not only offering needed meds at a discount is great, but when I ended one of my dogs profiles because he passed, you guys took the time to send a note and a memorial rock with his name. I cried. It takes so little to let people know you care. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

This was my final attempt to solve his really bad flea problem after trying expensive flea collars, flea bath shampoos, diatomaceous earth and all sorts of hocus pocus remedy's as seen on youtube, nothing worked! NexGard worked for my 7 year old King Charles Cavalier with no side effects, nothing! Killed all fleas, eggs within 3 days. He is back to being his lovable self. 5 stars for this great product. Expensive product but worth the money because it worked!

I've been giving my young tripod Nexgard for about a year now. The first few months he had some minor side effects - upset stomach and diarrhea. After that he's been absolutely fine taking it each month. He won't eat it by itself. But if I cover it in peanut butter he eats it right up. He's not a picky eater, so it might be more difficult for picky pups. I've seen ticks on him but for nexgard to work the pests have to bite the dog, ingest the toxin, then they die within 6 hours or so. I've never seen a tick latched onto my dog. Never seen a visible flea on him. I like that I can use nexgard on my dog and I dont have to worry about my cat coming in contact with toxic chemicals like permethrin that are found in some topical treatments.

My dog's contracted sarcopic mites and this cut down on their itching within the 1st 2 days. The vet said 2 doses 1 month apart would take care of it and although there are still some episodes of itching I do believe that this will get rid of the problem. We live in the country and I have never had a problem with this but now they're saying in our area it is spread by foxes and coyotes. I have had great success with flea treatments using natural products but these sarcotic mites live Under the Skin and can only be killed with an internal medicine such as this or messy and stinky dips. This worked well and I hope that lots of people who think that their dogs are allergic will talk to their vets about the possibility of sarcotic mites

We have given NexGard to Ned every month for nearly one year, as our vet recommended it at his first puppy exam. We were buying it at the vet until I realized that Chewy had it cheaper and would send a 3-pack. No brainer! Anyway, it smells like delicious beef gravy and my dog thinks it's a treat. He eats it without any coaxing and looks at me like, "Thank you, mom!" No side effects and I mention this because he's prone to diarrhea and has a sensitive belly. In a house with cats and a Labrador, I do NOT ever want to deal with fleas, nor do I want to worry about letting my dog run in the grass or play in the woods and worry about ticks. 11 months in, I haven't seen a tick on him. We've had good results with this and I'd recommend it for effective prevention and peace of mind.

Chewy was the only place we could obtain the three doses we needed of Rx med. We are very satisfied with the turnaround time and thankful for the availability of customer service reps. Two things that would have improved the efficiency of the process: move up the instructions to send the prescription (needed to physically mail in the case of our vet) by certified mail. I didn't see recommendation of sending as "certified mail" until the email I received after I had mailed it. Most reps were wonderfully helpful. Even long after we received the fulfilled prescription, the company's email system sent frequent requests for us to send in the prescription -- that was concerning during the time in between having mailed in our prescription via standard mail, and having received the fulfillment. We were surprised when we received the prescription, but certainly thankful that it came to us quickly. Tip: send your prescription in by *certified mail if you need to mail in a physical prescription* (i.e., your vet isn't in Chewy's system).

We’ve been dealing with a flea infestation and seemed like no matter what we did they were horrible. Within 12 hours I noticed a bunch of fleas had died and fallen off my pups. This with treating the house with food grade diatomaceous earth, and dawn dish soap doggy baths has been a game changer (I highly recommend these three together. I have three pups and tried the regular flea baths with flea shampoo and still this seems to be the best combo I could find). It’s now one week later and we went from a full blown infestation to them practically gone. One of my dogs did experience slight lethargy initially but within a day or so she was back to normal.

My dog had demodectic mange when we first adopted her, so the vet suggested two rounds of NexGard to help get that under control. The hair loss and itching stopped and the demodex was under control. When we went back into the vet to decide what flea and tick preventative to continue on, she advised that the topical options are pretty toxic to cats, so we stuck with NexGard as we are a mixed-species household. My dog doesn't love the chews (and she's the type of dog that will eat nearly anything - lettuce, kiwi, things you'd expect dogs to turn their noses up at), I have to cut them up pretty tiny and wrap them in cheese or something more palatable, but they have kept her 100% tick and flea free for over a year.

This tick season has been bad and I was finding ticks on my dog almost every day. Most hadn't bitten him yet but they were always on him. My vet recommended this product. Within a day of giving him this product I found the last tick on him, it had bitten him and promptly died and was still sitting in his fur. I haven't found a single tick on him since and it's been a month. Now the ticks all seem to go for me :). If using this product make sure you have tick protection for you because they're going to ignore your dog.
