Does this food contain chicken or beef ? My dog is highly allergic to chicken and beef

This food does not contain any beef. It contains poultry fat, but no poultry meat. As pure poultry fat contains no protein, it should not trigger the allergic reactions that meat or meal would in a pet who is allergic to it.
