I was previously using Purina chicken and rice. My 40lb pitbull was always having anal gland issues, itchy skin, and soft stool so I started using Glandex which helped a tiny bit. I realized that Purina was probably causing the issues. I researched all day and found this was highly recommended, and also wanted to give her a new type of protein as chicken may have bothered her as well so I went with turkey. Once I started switching, I noticed she was only eating the kibble from Natures Logic and picking around avoiding the Purina kibble. So I decided to just do a cold turkey switch as bad as it is, just to prevent her from going hungry because she realized she didn’t like Purina anymore. It didn’t bother stomach at all. She immediately had absolutely perfect stool the past few days (sorry for tmi). She doesn’t even need Glandex at all anymore. She hasn’t been eating natures logic long enough to see a difference in itching yet but I’m sure it will improve as well. This food is a bit more expensive but I’m saving the money I would normally spend on Glandex and putting it towards a better food. She likes the taste and it definitely helps her digestion.

Talked with Scott after reading reviews on PetFoodAdvisor and seeing this was the NUMBER 1 recommended natural brand. He spent an hour on the phone with me telling me how he pioneered this food and what caused all the health issues in dogs with kibble and how Natures Logic was nothing like other dry food companies. We tried the Turkey, Duck/Salmon and Rabbit and Jojo who is a 75lb Cane Corso mix pup about 16 months old and was having gastrointestinal issues LOVES this food. His poop has been healthy, his coat shiny, his energy he literally does a happy dance when he sees the bag and smells the food. I give him 2 cups x 2 daily and add a cup of warm water to each serving to add back the water lost in the heating process. So far he's doing great after a week and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Natures Logic for dogs.

Full disclosure, I am "one of those pet parents" that cares more about what my dog eats than what I do. I have a 30 lb. mixed breed who has ongoing skin allergies, so I avoid chicken in dog foods. I feed kibble in the morning, and a raw dinner. I can't do raw for both meals because of the prep work and the expense, so I try really hard to feed him the best kibble I can find that's cheaper than raw food. That used to be grain free foods, and when the information came out that grain free was linked with heart disease, I decided to drop grain free foods altogether. A lot of grain free companies will tell you that they're meat based and have so much taurine in their food that it's not an issue. There is still a possible link with potatoes, lentils, and legumes blocking the absorption of taurine in dogs. Finding a dog food free of all of this, that's also chicken free isn't easy. Nature's Logic Turkey fit my very specific needs, and I'm thankful that I found it. It's a highly rated food on Dog Food Advisor, and my picky dog so far really loves it. The kibble is small too, so you could feed it to a miniature breed with no problems. I would highly recommend Nature's Logic.

I have researched and researched and researched every dog food company out there. I’ve looked at foods in the UK, other parts of Europe, and in the United States. This is the best one by far. I rotate my dogs on the different proteins and they have done extraordinarily well on this food. I feed a partial raw diet to them, and supplement it with this kibble. There is no synthetic ingredients, all of their vitamins and nutrients are coming from whole foods that are nutritious and delicious. Every once in a while I will purchase a bag of Farmina instead of nature‘s logic, another one of my favorite brands, just to mix things up for them a bit. I have literally given them every single flavor of nature‘s logic and will continue to do so with confidence. I love love love this company and I’m so happy that there is two kibble companies that actually care about feeding dogs a quality diet. I have also purchased the nature‘s logic dehydrated longs, bone broth, and fish oil, and they are all part of my AutoShip.

I was just about to give up on finding a decent kibble when I found this brand via the SlimDoggy.com dog food database. You can tell from the ingredient list that Nature's Logic isn't afraid to think differently about how to elevate lowly dog kibble to the next level. Note the intentional absence of wheat, corn, soy, pulses, and flavorings. These people have done their homework. ########## As for our personal experience, our puppy's digestion has always proven to be a bit touchy. Many products give her loose stools, but this one agrees with her very well, her energy is great, and she absolutely loves it. We also like that the kibble size is on the small side. Thank you Chewy for carrying this brand, as it's not so easy to find.

Thank you for not putting peas in this kibble. We want real meat protein not pea protein. My Jack Russell Woody was on Acana for years and loved it, healthy and happy. Then Acana moved to Kentucky and the bottom dropped out. The shedding, the allergies and lower general health prevailed and not to mention the awful gas and unhappy dog. I started reading about Nature's Logic and we are back up to optimum health. The most beautiful sheen on Woody's coat and a happy, healthy dog once again. Thank you Nature's Logic. It ain't broke, don't fix it!!
