Buddy loves this food - first ever that he loves!

Buddy, our mostly Black Lab stray dog, that we have had for about 2 years, loves Nature's Logic Canine Beef Feast. It is the first dry dog food that he eats anytime

Buddy, our mostly Black Lab stray dog, that we have had for about 2 years, loves Nature's Logic Canine Beef Feast. It is the first dry dog food that he eats anytime he's hungry, and immediately, as soon as I put it into his bowl. He also likes the Sensitive Stomach & Skin Adult Chicken & Vegetable Entree, from Hill's Science Diet, canned food. He likes their dry dog food of the same variety, but he always eats the Nature's Logic first. I give him all three and hope that if one lacks some nutrient, another one will have it. Not one claims to be "complete nutrition" as the Purina food we used to use said. Trouble is, Buddy hated that dog food and a few others we have tried. He would eat only when he got very, very hungry with all the rest. I am so happy to have found these dog foods that he likes because (my husband laughs when I say this), but I would hate to have to eat something every day that I despise! After all, dogs have feelings, too!!!

NL grain free beef

What makes the dog food great besides the excellent ingredients and great company history, is that it doesn't use legumes or potatos in it's grain free recipe.

What makes the dog food great besides the excellent ingredients and great company history, is that it doesn't use legumes or potatos in it's grain free recipe. Nature's Logic uses all natural ingredients without vitamins and mineral additions. They get their vitamins and minerals from the meat and plants in it. Plus my dog loves it. Also I have noticed less crud in his eyes on the grain free formula.

We started our pup on dog food that we could get locally (we live in a small town) but either she didn’t like the kibble or there were digestive issues. I ordered Nature’s Logic after doing some research, reading reviews and thought we’d try it. She immediately loved this dog food as we started mixing it in with her previous food. A year later, her digestive system is great, her coat is shiny and thick, her weight is where it should be and she continues to love meal times. So happy we found this brand! And ordering from Chewy makes it easy to access as well.

Initial impression is that it has a nice overall smell (which is important for my guy. If it doesn't smell good he's not interested) and he seemed to really like it taste wise. It has nice clean ingredients and I like that it's made in the US more specifically Texas. I also like that it has more specific ingredients listen and doesn't have a bunch of artificial fillers or unnecessary colors/flavors. The kibble size is also great for slow feeders or puzzles. It wouldn't be to big for smaller dogs. Overall it's a good dry food that I'll add to my rotation and a fair price.

I have been feeding a combination of dry, wet and raw for years. My dog like the dry food but was never wild about it. This new formula has changed that. He now eats this dry as fast as he does the raw. He was a picky eater but this food has fixed that problem. The dry is more economical and I mix it with the raw .

My Frenchie is very allergic....

He enjoys this food, and it's good for him. It is a bit expensive for me, but I normally cook for my dog, so I have been adding this dry food into his home made food to offer variety, texture, and all the benefits of the vitamins, etc. So far he has enjoyed the Duck/Salmon Grain Free recipe, and NOW the Beef Grain Free recipe. I am very happy with this food.

Nature's Logic 100% Natural Canine Beef Meal Feast All Life Stages Grain-Free Dry Dog Food, 25-lb bag Is $80 i personally think this is over priced. There are plenty of high quality foods for much less. I asked my vet his thoughts on a grain free diet and they were not very positive I also think the protein is way too high and could actually be hard on dogs. Quality grains are good for dogs and unless you have a working dog that is actually working a lower protein food is probably better for him. Everyone has an opinion but I would really study this food before I started feeding it.

It's really hard to find a kibble with an acceptable rating as all of it is overcooked at high temperatures, with foods containing poisonous pesticides, from GMO sources, questionable vitamin quality, and lacking balanced omega content .... it's not a wonder that our furry family members sucumb to cancer and shortened length of life. This is one of the better kibbles according to people qualified to make judgments who are truthfully assessing petfood without being bribed.
