Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Chicken & Green Pea Recipe Wet Cat Food, 5.5-oz can, case of 24

Both kitties loved this, especially my picky eater! First three ingredients is meat which is amazing, I do wish there was a higher protein percentage.

I originally bought this for my 10 yo cat with allergies. She loves it and it has helped her food allergies tremendously! Also I switched my other cat to it ti keep things simple. She was overweight and has slimmed down. Both cats are healthier

I've been feeding this food to my 16-year-old cat for several years. It's a quality product in terms of the nutritional content. But the character of the food varies from case-to-case. My cat just finished three cases in which the food was soft and moist, which my boy liked very much. The can I opened this morning, from a new case, is firmer and drier, which he doesn't eat as well. When I had this experience before, I contacted the Natural Balance company and received a call from a representative who answered my concern in a very courteous and professional manner. She explained that the natural ingredients and less-processed nature of the food will make it subject to variations in character while maintaining its quality. She assured me that food that was unsatisfactory could be returned or credited by contacting Chewy. I appreciate that and will contact Chewy customer service if the next two or three cans I open are the same, as I expect they will be. I hope that the replacement food will be more acceptable to my cat. It's a little inconvenient, but Chewy customer service has been excellent about making things right. I do prefer more natural ingredients and lower processing of the food I give my cat, and I'm committed to feeding him the best nutrition I can find. But I wish every case was moister and tastier so I didn't have to request replacement.
