A promotional banner features a white canister of Native Pet Pumpkin supplement alongside a blue scoop filled with powder on a bright yellow background. The text highlights that the powder is "the fiber fix for loose stools," working for both diarrhea and constipation. It lists three simple ingredients—organic pumpkin, apple, and pumpkin seed—and notes that it sprinkles directly over food. Badges indicate the product is NASC certified, all organic with no fillers, and number one taste tested.
A bright green horizontal banner displays five key product claims accompanied by simple icons. The claims emphasize that the supplement is vet-formulated, uses clean label ingredients, contains no artificial flavors or fillers, and is proudly made in the USA.
A fluffy brown dog stands in green grass looking back over its shoulder. Three green dots with connection lines point toward the dog's body, highlighting key digestive health benefits. These visual callouts state that the supplement combats loose stools, supports everyday digestion, and supports nutrient absorption.
A white section features a headline stating the product uses "organic ingredients designed for results" in a clean powder formula free of fillers or artificial flavors. Below the text are three close-up photographs showcasing the raw whole-food components. These show fresh sliced pumpkin, a pile of green pumpkin seeds, and a red apple covered in water droplets
Descriptive text beneath three ingredient photos details the specific health benefits of each component. Organic pumpkin is highlighted as rich in soluble fiber to aid digestion, organic pumpkin seed provides insoluble fiber for smooth bowel movements, and organic whole apple serves as a natural source of soluble fiber, vitamin A, and potassium. Below this, a light blue section introduces the phrase "formulated by veterinary experts."
A veterinarian's endorsement is displayed on a light blue background alongside a photo of a smiling blonde woman in blue scrubs feeding Native Pet Pumpkin powder to an eager brown dog. A quote from Dr. Shauna Cyr praises the three-ingredient powder as a great way to support healthy poops and better gut health. A bright green badge in the center proudly notes that the product features a vet-developed formula.
A blue section titled "why native pet?" features a grid of four photos, each paired with a core brand promise. The images show a veterinarian with a small dog, a bottle of Native Pet Sockeye Salmon Oil next to raw fish, a happy dog's face, and the back of a product pouch. The accompanying text explains that products are developed in-house by vets, use clean ingredients with no fillers, are highly palatable to picky pets, and are delivered in optimal formats for maximum benefit.

I rescued a Bernese Mountain dog a little over a year ago, and she has been having stomach trouble and diarrhea for over 8 months. I got an allergy test on her and found she is allergic to all grains except oatmeal and all meats other than salmon, venison, and bison. She is so picky about what she eats and we are so limited that just getting her to eat a full meal can be a struggle so when you add constant diarrhea on top of that we have unfortunately been going through it. The vet gave us some antibiotic powder that she was taking daily on her food and it helped a little bit but she still had loose stools daily, multiple times a day. They just weren’t uncontrollable like they had been and she explained that unfortunately that might just be “her normal.” We ran out of the powder and before we had gotten it refilled noticed that there wasn’t really a change. I purchased this product and the analgland product because thankfully even with all of her allergies, these do not have all of the fillers and additives that a lot of products do and she can have them. At first she wasn’t really interested so I had to add a little bit of the pumpkin powder at a time and now am adding the recommended amount and she does absolutely fine with it. She has been having almost completely solid stools for 3 days now. I never thought I would be on the verge of tears about my dogs poop, but it’s truly amazing because I’ve tried all the medications, purees, and additives and nothing has worked. We first started them and she had a HUGE liquid poop and then slept like the dead and now she is eating regularly and pooping like normal! Hoping she continues to do so and this isn’t just a short stint but I am actually hopeful for the first time in a long time. She is my soul dog and I love to see her doing better!

I never thought I’d be so overjoyed by firm poops, but my rescue Charlie used to have borderline diarrhea poops that were disgusting to pick up. He was a street dog whose gut biome was probably obliterated from eating lord knows what, but this powder combined with the probiotic powder by the same brand has finally brought us firm poops!

My dog was having really frequent problems with her @nal gland and has had intermittent diarrhea her whole life (mostly managed with prescription hypoallergenic food, but still gets triggered by snatching crumbs of our other dogs’ treats etc). This stuff firmed up her poop to the most consistently normal consistency it has ever been, and she also had zero gland problems while she was on it. We ran out and figured we would see how she did without it since it is so pricey, and she had gland problems again within a week and is also loosey goosey. So of course I just ordered some more! We’re hooked! This dog has an extremely sensitive stomach and it didn’t trigger her at all, and she loves the taste- licked up every last speck from her bowl each meal.

awesome

I am so happy I found this pumpkin powder so much easier and less wasteful than opening a can of pumpkin puree . I do make my dog's food and do add fresh cooked pumpkin but time to time my one elderly dog gets a hold of something she can not have like cheetoes from the neighborhood kids and grandkids or cat food and dog treats not approved by me from a neighbor , and yes I have begged everyone not to give her anything unless I ok it first but that's a long hard battle , anyways this powder is so easy to keep on hand . This can be fed dry mixed on food or rehydrated into a paste/pate as needed . My dogs love it either dry or rehydrated , I give it to them when their bowels are loose or runny which is due to them being sick or after giving medications to or eating something that doesn't agree with them . I only need to give this to them for about three days and to open a can of pumpkin which needs to be refrigerated after opening and only lasts three days & it gets watery and most canned pumpkins are actually butternut squash & not real pumpkin . I also bake off fresh pumpkins & freeze the pulp in containers but having this powder on hand is preferred because no defrosting or having to store in the fridge after defrosting .This pumpkin powder is just awesome helps dogs bind their loose stools .

Solution to our dog’s digestive issues

Our rescue Sheltie was underweight and had soft poo. He was on an enzyme supplement when we got him that didn’t seem to be working all that well. Tests continued

Our rescue Sheltie was underweight and had soft poo. He was on an enzyme supplement when we got him that didn’t seem to be working all that well. Tests continued to come back clear, so it was assumed his digestive system was just working too quickly. We tried canned pumpkin and a different digestive chew and ultimately landed on this powder. The canned pumpkin worked but was inconvenient and wasteful and the chew didn’t work for him. Based on other reviews it definitely sounds like a solution for these types of issues comes with a lot of trial and error - what works for one dog doesn’t necessarily work for another. We mix this powder with our dog’s meals twice daily adding a bit of water to incorporate it and he seems to like the flavor. We saw immediate results within a day and he’s now at a healthy weight. We have noticed the results can be negatively impacted by feeding too many treats outside his normal meals.

Simple ingredients that actually work is a win-win in my book, Thanks Native Pet for providing us the opportunity to receive this amazing product free of charge in exchange for an honest unbiased review. Pumpkin is the staple power food for sensitive stomachs in dogs and this is the perfect product without the waste. My dog drools at the sight of the container, and it really has seemed to help her silent clear the room toots and as a dog owner it's an easy, feel good way to add helpful supplements to my fur babies diets. I would definitely recommend, and will certainly repurchase.

Well i got this to help firm up my dogs poo but unfortunately it made it worse. She didn't care for taste either wheather mixed in with food or water added first. Regular canned pumpkin works good an she likes it, im thinking maybe its the addition of apple pectin in this, but not sure. Back to canned unless i can find something different.

My older dog and my puppy both love this limited ingredient addition to their meals! It is so much more convenient than canned pumpkin that sits in the fridge half full. I love being able to give the dogs something that I myself would eat, and can read all the ingredients of. This is a great product to have for any dog to support their digestion, especially if they have a sensitive tummy.

I got this for my cat. It works! It does stop the diarrhea. HOWEVER: It smells awful. I, as a human, can smell that it's bitter and nasty smelling so I imagine it smells even worse to a cat. Cats only need 1/4 teaspoon of this daily, and it took half a can of wet food and a full churu to mask the smell enough that my cat would eat it. 1/8 teaspoon twice a day is a bit easier to mask if you do decide to get this.

If your dogs are like mine and insist on licking everything off the floor, you probably know the aftermath: messy, wet poops and a lot of cleanup. Our two troublemakers, Pedro and Sasha, are professional floor-lickers, and it almost always ended with upset stomachs and diarrhea. I decided to try this pumpkin powder, and honestly it’s been a game changer. Since adding it to their regular dog food each day, their digestion has been so much better. No more surprise messes around the house, and their stools are finally normal again. Bonus: they actually love the taste and lick their bowls clean. Two paws up from Pedro and Sasha! This pumpkin powder has officially made it onto our must-have list.
