Learn More About Native Pet From Our Team of Experts
A bright yellow infographic panel highlights Native Pet Chicken Bone Broth as a healthy, savory meal topper for picky eaters. On the left, green checkmarks emphasize key benefits: it is rich in collagen and amino acids for joint and immune support, can be sprinkled dry or mixed with water for a hydration boost, and encourages picky eaters to finish their bowls. The central canister features a blue dog illustration alongside certification stamps indicating the formula is vet-developed, organic, and contains only three ingredients, while circular badges on the right declare it is "loved by the pickiest of pups" and has a number one tested taste.
A vibrant, lime-green horizontal banner outlines core brand promises using clean, blue typographic text and icons. The graphic symbols emphasize five essential quality standards: vet-formulated, clean label ingredients, no artificial flavors, no fillers, and proudly made in the USA
A happy, panting red and white cattle dog with an open mouth is shown outdoors against a background of lush green bushes. A thin, bright lime-green circular graphic frames the dog’s face, with small node lines pointing outward to three clear health advantages. The connected text highlights that the supplement supports immune defense, promotes joint health, and delivers extra hydration.
A light blue section features a prominent medical endorsement under the headline "formulated by veterinary experts." On the left, a testimonial quote from Dr. Shauna Cyr, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, CVA, states that the product is an easy and tasty way to add a boost of hydration and joint support to a picky dog’s meal. The right side features a bright green "Vet-Developed Formula" circular emblem next to a lifestyle photograph of a female veterinarian in light blue scrubs preparing a dog's food bowl on a stainless steel counter.
Set against a vibrant blue sky background with soft white clouds, three distinct canisters of Native Pet Bone Broth float dynamically around central text reading "try them all! flavors for every dog. better ingredients for every bowl." At the center, three rounded rectangle badges classify the available formulas by color: brown for beef, tan for turkey, and yellow for chicken. Each depicted canister showcases a unique illustrated breed alongside ingredient callouts, like the grass-fed beef broth made with just two ingredients and the organic chicken broth made with three.
A wide blue banner presents four square panels under the headline "why native pet?" to demonstrate the brand's quality philosophy. The visual square modules showcase a smiling male veterinarian with a small terrier, a bottle of Sockeye Salmon Oil next to a raw fish fillet, a close-up of a joyful panting dog, and the detailed nutritional label on the back of a supplement bag. Below each window, corresponding text details that the products are developed by vets and made entirely in-house, contain only clean ingredients with no fillers, please picky pets with whole-food flavors, and utilize the right product formats for full nutrient absorption.

I have one pup that has become finicky about eating her dry kibble. I wanted something to add that wouldn't add too many extra calories as both of my pups are on a weight management diet. I sprinkle just enough to intrigue their taste buds and scent. This seems to work very well with my finicky eater...the other one would eat anything anyway...lol! I have added some water for more of a gravy which both have licked the bowls clean. Unfortunately, we were in the process of home renovations so I was also giving calming chews (no brand related to the Native Pet powder) so after a couple of days of offering both, my girls had diarrhea. Therefore, I have had to place on a bland diet and cannot rule out which resulted in the diarrhea, but I suspect it was the calming chews. After a week on their bland diet, and stools have once again become formed, I placed them back on their original diet so will see if the diarrhea once again occurs or not, but I believe it was due to the calming chews. I will update my report if the diarrhea returns after being on just the kibble and the bone broth powder. Otherwise, my rating will remain at 5 stars.

I have such a hard time getting my dog to drink enough water, this is always what I use to get him hydrated especially on hot days! I use the prepared broth in cute bone ice cube molds and freeze them for treats as well as just using it to let him drink as a liquid. He loves the taste and would honestly eat just the powder if I let him!

I have five cats, four of whom are very picky eaters. I bought this in the hopes that I could hide medicine in it when needed. I mixed some up to see who would eat it, out of the five cats only one had any interest and she didn't even finish the bowl, which didn't contain a lot to begin with. I'm very disappointed and upset with the loss of $20 . The packaging sucks, trying to tear the top off the bag is useless, and I tried to cut it off and that wasn't easy either. And then the Ziploc doesn't zip because there's so much of the product in the seal that it won't seal. Don't waste your time or money on this product. Especially if you have picky eaters!

My senior dog absolutely loves this! She was having some issues with dehydration and that vet recommended adding liquid to her kibble. I originally was adding actual chicken broth but it's more expensive and high in sodium. I've used Native supplements for allergies and decided to give this a try. It's simple, cost effective and my dog loves it!

If my senior dog’s gastrointestinal system would have tolerated this, I would have given it 5 stars! I liked the limited ingredient list, that it’s organic, it’s easy to use too. I introduced it slowly, her limping stopped, her coat looked shiny. But, alas, her sensitive senior gut eventually seemed to be disturbed by it. She wound up with loose stools which led to clogged butt glands, not fun for either of us!

I'm officially a big fan of the Native Broths - it's cost effective and packaged nicely. I started with Beef, then got Chicken, and now I also have Goats milk in my cabinet. I rotate which one I add into my dog's food during mealtime so it's more interesting than just adding hot water to dry food. Since it's a powder, it stores for a long time and I really like it!

We use this broth to make frozen treats in silicone molds for Woof Balls. It's become a nightly ritual for Aspen to demand bark after every dinner. Keeps her busy for about 20 minutes and she is getting great quality Chicken Bone Broth. I like that I can make up a batch as needed. The tin container keeps the powdered broth fresh until needed.

My dog sometimes struggles with drinking enough fluids. In the summertime, keeping her hydrated is especially important since it’s so hot out. I mixed up some of this broth and added it to her kibble and she absolutely LOVED it and licked up every drop. I love how convenient this is. With other premixed broths I’ve bought before, you have to use the entire pouch once opened. Being able to mix up broth as we need it is super convenient and less wasteful. I’ve also found this is a great option for traveling, as I can measure out the powder I’ll need in a plastic baggie and mix it once we need it. Definitely would recommend this.

Dogs love it

The dogs love this on their food. It's a good addition for them and I use it as a broth to help soften the dry food and add more flavor. I make it in a shaker cup and pour a little over their food and keep the remainder in the fridge. The only complaint is that it does not mix well in water and settles when sitting, but it's nothing that isn't resolved by shaking before using.
