The batch I just got is much darker and more moist/softer. No complaints if they did, i just want to make sure I didn’t get a bad batch.

To be clear on the title of my review, I can only 'assume' the texture is chewy based on how soft they feel in my hand. I haven't personally tried one. My dog absolutely loves them!!! She is about 60 lbs, so I give her 2 or 3 at a time because they are pretty small. But I think they would be perfect for an older dog who may be suffering with the inevitable "old dog dental problems".

Not very “soft and chewy”

My dog loved the flavor but these aren’t very soft. She has gum disease and her gums bleed so I wanted something that she would like but wouldn’t cause problems
