Milk-Bone Original Beef Flavored Crunchy Medium Dog Treats, 10-lb box

First, I want to state that we have been very satisfied Chewy customers for some time now. We live in a rural area outside our city and it has been a tremendous time/money saver for critter needs, eliminating the need for jaunts into town to B&M stores. Most items come from you boxed, and no matter how much abuse the box receives, the contents are usually fine. I’ve ordered the large box of Milkbones a handful of times, which is delivered as is in its own box. Each time I receive a box, they arrive increasingly damaged, but usually the box integrity has held up enough that the contents aren’t too affected. Yesterday’s box was shipped lightning fast - delivered the next day. But it looks like it was dribbled the entire trip like a soccer ball. There’s a gap left on the torn flap that makes me uncertain whether we’ve received the full contents. I understand that boxes get roughed up by delivery services - we know those folks work hard and lift all shift long. Until this item can be delivered relatively unscathed, we’ll go back to purchasing this item locally at a big box store, where we can be assured that the box and its contents are intact.

Milkbones have been my beagle, Lenny's #1 treat, next to his Charlee Bear treats. Ever since he was a Lenny toddler, in his obedience class, Buck, his trainer recommended Charlee Bear. I only wish he'd eat his meals as avidly. As I write this, he's got his nose in an empty bag of the Bear Crunch (I just love the munchy crunchy sound he makes eating them- like nobody's business!) I just love the special edition biscuits-so does he! But can't you add his name on them. Some of the names are not common dog names. Maybe Lenny isn't either- but it's a fitting name for this 12 1/2 year old baby boy. Plus he's got a congestive heart condition- I take it a day at a time, and just love him every minute- but I'm not prepared to say goodbye. So for now Chewee is a go to source for his treats, food and health needs.
