We were surprised to find worms in these bikkies. We keep them stored in a food safe, sealed stainless container and noticed these when splitting the biscuits one

We were surprised to find worms in these bikkies. We keep them stored in a food safe, sealed stainless container and noticed these when splitting the biscuits one day. I don't think the biscuits are unsafe but I'd rather not feed larvae to my dogs, so we're inspecting carefully. For Chewy - may be a storage or warehouse issue?

Milk-Bones Thru the Fence

My neighbor have 2 Great Danes. They did have 3, but one died a few months ago. There is a 6' tall wooden privacy fence between our two yards. However, due to

My neighbor have 2 Great Danes. They did have 3, but one died a few months ago. There is a 6' tall wooden privacy fence between our two yards. However, due to weather extremes, several of the boards are warped. There is one place where the warp-hole is large enough for me to stick my hand thru. The dogs, when they knew I was outside, would go to the warp-hole for a little petting. I started giving them the large Milk-Bones which I passed thru the warp-hole. Now, anytime we're outside at the same time, the dogs immediately go to the fence and put their noses thru the warp hole. Once in awhile, if we're all out later on in the day, I sometimes give them a 2nd treat, but not too often. If I am inside and hear them outside, I will look out the window, and sure enough, there's a nose or two poking thru the warp-hole wondering if I'm outside to give them their treat. They love their Milk-Bones!

Another long-standing company with treats you can trust and not only are they healthy but they clean their teeth and freshen their breath so you get three for the price of one the name is reliable and trustworthy so it's always a good purchase to go with because they have been around for so long and can be trusted unlike the companies that came out with holistic and all natural treats that are being recalled. It is absolutely the best treat to feed for the value especially for families on a budget. Chewy made a mistake in our first order but gladly and quickly fixed it with a replacement shipment cause the original order was left out to get soaked in the rain. Hopefully we found a fix but they did replace the order so we made sure we stayed home to receive it after the first mishap

Every morning, when I go into the kitchen to start my coffee, Maverick and Boulder are excited too. No, they don’t drink Coffee, but the share the whip cream that I top my cup of coffee. They go to their special rug and wait for Mommy to deliver their special Milk Bone topped with whip cream treat. They’re allowed 2 each morning, and love every bite. Now the latest addition to the family is Simba (4month old rescue), looks forward to morning coffee with Mommy, Maverick and Boulder. Of course, Simba only has the very creamy whip cream.

But they're content to sit back, maybe watch a little Mork and Mindy on channel 57, maybe kick back a cool, Coors 16-ouncer. They're good, fine dogs. I digress. The dogs love these milk bones. I am Director of a Food Pantry that serves about 200 households a month. During Covid many clients told us that their pet (usually dogs) were what kept them sane during the lockdown and it's aftermath. We located a donor (a World War II veteran) who said that in his later life, a dog had kept him on an even keel and agreed to finance the purchase of dog treats to reward our clients companions. To be good stewards of our donor's money, we have to spend on the least-cost option that meets our client's needs. This time it was Chewy and our clients have been very happy.

I intended to get a large box of bones but accidentally got a box of large bones. I'm not complaining at all because it's still an excellent value. I've been breaking them in half, but they're thick so it takes some serious effort. My dog loves them. She's a puppy, despite her size, so we've been giving them to her as a treat when she's good with her potty training. She will sit for up to 15 minutes if she gets one so it's obviously tasting good.

CRAZY OLD LADY RESCUE

Morning Ritual for 11 years and running!

My dogs LOVE milk bone treats! They are part of our morning ritual. My Dad started it when our dogs were his pups. He would make a cup of coffee and go sit on

My dogs LOVE milk bone treats! They are part of our morning ritual. My Dad started it when our dogs were his pups. He would make a cup of coffee and go sit on his patio every morning with his two happy dogs. The sound of the spoon stirring in sugar signaled it was time for morning treats. All three of them would sit in the cool morning Arizona sun to greet the day with coffee and Milk Bones. I adopted Dad's dogs when he passed and continue their morning ritual. These amazing boys come running and dancing into the kitchen when they hear the spoon clink against my coffee cup (Dad's old cup). Then we all go sit down together with our treats and greet the day. It's a delight to watch and warms my heart knowing a part of my Dad is carrying on.
