The last order I received from Chewy wasn't packaged properly and everything arrived pretty banged up. The Merrick Cowboy Cookout in this variety pack is one of my dog's favorite wet foods so I've opened hundreds of these cans and never once have had crud floating on top like this so I opened another can from the pack and same thing. I don't know if the quality of Merrick has suddenly gone down and this is something new or if bacteria got in because the seals of the cans were compromised.

My babies will eat it, but they seem unimpressed and often leave it. I purchased because they have been slack on eating there other food and I researched and this was a great choice for nutrition. My stars reference the quality, the look, and the fact that most normal dogs would totally love this!! Minus one star for yet another line that my two princesses turn their noses up on. Sigh........ the search continues.

Dented cans
5 out of the 16 cans were severely dented, all 16 had some denting. The packaging did not have any damage, looks to have come from the manufacturer.
