This formula is not low starch. Mazuri's low starch formulas are the Mazuri Tortoise Diet LS Food and the Mazuri Small Tortoise LS Food.

Can this be fed to water turtles ?

I have an 8 year old tortoise I adopted a year ago and he LOVES these. He was neglected in his past environment and he's not used to many fruits and veggies so I got him these to help him get more nutrients. I definitely notice a difference in his energy levels and his strength. He was in really bad condition before and struggled to walk but since we started feeding him these, he loves to walk around everywhere he can and cause trouble lol. He refuses to eat other kinds of pellets but ge goes crazy for these ones.

I called the local zoo who verified Mazuri Tortoise food with greens and grazing is the best diet for a Sulcata. My 70lb, Tortie Tortuga, has been eating this for years and loves it. Because he is so big he needs larger kibble and this is perfect for him. Each kibble is the size of a nickle. Chewy finally has this available so I do not have to special order it from a feed store or pet shop. Love the convenience.

Love this brand of food. Really, the only tortoise diet available for 100 lb. tortoises. Can get a 40 lb. bag from my local grain store for $49 a bag, but they were out. Chewy came through. Bag was a bit expensive for only 25 lbs. but when you’re in a pinch, it worked.

My little kiddle Indian Star Tortoise "Squirt" loves this food.He was a month old when I got him and now he is not quite three months and steadily growing and gaining weight. I mix Mazuri with small cut up pieces prickly pear cactus,different lettuces,zucchini,rose hips, hibiscus.I vary his diet every day but he does get the Mazuri everyday mixed in with his veggies.

I ordered Tortoise food for my iguanas and it wasn't $49 but it arrived in about 15 hours. I was shocked. I saw on my phone at work that it showed up at 9:30am

I ordered Tortoise food for my iguanas and it wasn't $49 but it arrived in about 15 hours. I was shocked. I saw on my phone at work that it showed up at 9:30am and was worried that the dry food could have gotten wet since it pretty much rained that day. I have a very small awning over my front door and whomever delivered it sat it up on its side and had it hugged against the door... So outstanding all around. Ive had two orders now and both were fantastic! I will be looking to Chewys for all future orders.. Thanks again!
