This is a very nice bird feeder. It goes together easily and is easy to maintain. I like that you can see when it's time to refill it with the clear plastic construction. It comes with a mounting bracket that you can screw into the side of a building or into a tree or branch and it also comes with a chain for hanging. Since the top attaches to the bottom securely, I chose to hang the feeder. It's easy to clean. My feeder has only been set up for a few days and I'm excited for birds to find it and start using it.

This bird feeder is like a neighborhood café! Seeds stay dry, squirrels stay offended, and the birds arrive like they got a handwritten invitation. It hangs steady through wind, rain, and that one overly dramatic storm that made everything else in the yard question their own life choices. Refilling is simple and oddly satisfying. The cats and I (and even the dog) love watching the birds out the window. Comedy. Drama. Occasional territorial disputes. Five stars for entertainment alone!

I was able to put meal worms in one third, goldfinch food in the next third, and regular mix in the other third. I was able to see two sets of blue birds during my observations for the Back Yard Bird Count! I am so excited and need to replenish my meal worm supply. I've never had such a strong, good, attractive bird feeder as this at such a reasonable price. The birds also like the strong perches as they are built better and the opening to them is just right. I'll get more as time goes on.

I watched little birds getting shooed off from a larger feeder so this is perfect. I just put it up this morning and there’s a lot of happy little guys getting to eat. Love this!
