How many cups are in an average 19 lb bag?

There are around 4.5 cups per pound, so the 9 pound bag has about 40 cups and the 19 pound bag is about 85 cups.

Miles & Lucy both like this kibble a lot & more importantly this brand doesn’t have legumes in it. I was giving them another brand of raw kibble that had lots of legumes thinking it was good for them. Unfortunately it isn’t! Miles started having extreme allergy problems & I finally found out from a veterinarian that dogs don’t do well with beans of any kind. Now we’re into repairing his digestive system! So I’m very glad chewy has a reasonably priced raw kibble that has the ingredients my dogs can handle without becoming sick.

Misadvertisement

All it was was brown kibble looking dry food no salmon chunks like advertised or picture on bag, I doubt it was even freeze dried.

Finally! A food that both of my picky eaters like! We just received this food and my boys eagerly gobbled all of their lunch up. So far, 5 stars for taste (according to my fur boys). Good, clean ingredients that are beneficial for my dogs with no fillers, corn, or soy. My golden retriever also has food allergies, so fingers crossed that this food helps in that department also. I only took one star off because it’s too soon to evaluate what it does for their fur, teeth, poops, and overall health. But I’m excited about this food! It’s been a long journey of trying many different brands! Hoping this one is the one we’ve been searching for!

Watch out for expiration date

Just ordered Kismet Salmon & Brown Rice Recipe with Freeze-Dried Nugs Dry Dog Food, 19-lb bag on Jun 17th, received the item today Jun 21st, and the bag has an expiration date of Jul 19 2025 - one month. No way we can use a new bag in one month. We have ordered this item many times, and usually the bags have at least 6 months expiration when we receive them. Guess I will be donating this bag to the local shelter where at least we know it will get used before expiration date.
