Kaytee Forti-Diet Pro Health Conure & Lovebird Food, 4-lb bag

It's the same issue I keep having with you all and it's been done many a times and I've called many of times about the issue. It's been going on for years matter of fact. Every time I have an order I occasionally every other month order a 40 lb bag of chewy brand cat litter and over the years I've called many a times like I've said before when they put the 40 lb bag of cat litter in with the rest of my order the boxes get thrown around between your company and the FedEx company and by time I get my boxer torn apart I've sent lots of pictures in the past going back almost 10 years and still you got you guys can't get it right the last person I talked to told me to give you to give you guys a call when I was ordering the cat litter and to let them know to put it in another box another words of 40 lb limit the same as the cat litter 40 lb. When this happens all my cat food all my dog food all my treats get broken open I get cat food and dog food and I'm talking about wet food not dry get broken open and it's all over the inside of the box and everything. I was told the next time I called and I was ordering that cat litter to give them a call chewy a call to let them know to separate it and not put in the same box because of the heaviness. The associate told me that they put a note in to the warehouse and evidently the warehouse doesn't understand instruction or English or the associate did not do what she said she was going to do and get all the warehouse and let them know about my order. So I've done everything that I've been told to do even though it changes up every year all the time to do a certain way while nothing's being done about it and I'm getting sick and tired of always waiting for my order to be replaced. I'm almost at the point that if your company and the warehouse doesn't hear me talking as a concerned customer about the rival of my shipment that I'm I'm ready to leave chewy. I've been fighting this battle for over the last almost 10 years about the litter. And you guys don't seem to understand.

Hi. First of all, I want to say that I receive the best customer service from Chewy. I really can’t say enough about their stellar service; it should be the service industry standard. I am trying to find a seed formula that my parrot can eat around my daughter who is allergic to tree nuts. I thought I found the solution. However, the ingredients label on the site doesn’t match the ingredients label on the package, so I hope that I can return it. Warning: this product does contain tree nuts according to the label on the package. It seems Kaytee changed lots of formulas, not just the one for parrots but also for conures as well.

I have two conures, a 22 year old Peach Fronted and a 21 year old yellow sided Green Cheeked Conure. They have been on Kaytee Forti-Diet along with Caitec Oven Fresh Bites Kibble (small) along with fresh fruit/greens since they were weaned. They both very healthy and still going strong!

We have tried other seed mixes and our conure would look at the bowl and just walk away. We opened this bag and he actually was interested. He went crazy for this mix. There is not one seed that he hasn't at least tried which is a big deal here. We keep the seed in the original packaging to maintain freshness.
