Overall this products seems great with great ingredients. However, if you have anything but a tiny dog it's going to be very expensive. I have two larger dogs,

Overall this products seems great with great ingredients. However, if you have anything but a tiny dog it's going to be very expensive. I have two larger dogs, and it says to feed 1 1/2 packs a day per dog. With seven pouches per container, one container would last me about four days for ONE dog! I wish I could afford it because they truly did love it. Even as a food topper it would still be pretty expensive. But if I was going to use it just as a food topper I would just make my own ground beef and rice for much cheaper. I did find chunks of real ground beef in the pouch, though. As far as the brand's picture, you won't see that much rice in it. It's very sticky and I suggest that if you don't feed the whole pouch, to not refrigerate the remainder in the pouch because it's very hard to get it out after being refrigerated. I would dump it into another container while it's still at room temperature. In the end, I would purchase this again if it was cost feasible, but I can't spend $150+ per WEEK for my two dogs for food. If you can, then go for it! I feel this is incredibly expensive for a ready-made "human grade" food. Why????

I received this as a product to test. I chose the Just Fresh beef recipe to try for my dogs. There are 7 pouches in the box, and each pouch is 12 oz. I like that the pouch is recloseable. This is perfect for anyone with smaller dogs that would consume one pouch over more than one feeding. The beef recipe smells like cabbage rolls. My dogs didn’t mind. They loved the flavor. Rice, carrots, and bits of kale are clearly visible. This appears to be high quality. I would recommend this to others. However, the price would likely deter me from purchasing it in the future for my pups.

I have to smaller dogs one is a Maltese and the other is a yorkie. My Maltese is a very picky eater, so changing their dog food isn't something we usually do. After introducing the just for dogs fresh dog food they both love it! I've noticed a brighter healthier colored fur and it's so nice to see them jumping around and excited for feeding time. They're both over 10 years old and the amount of energy they have now is crazy. It's like they both have more energy and it makes me happy knowing I'm feeding them something that makes them happy and is improving they're health. One bag of just for dogs dog food will last about two days for the both of them.

The JustFoodForDogs JustFresh home-cooked beef recipe with oats, brown rice, carrots and kale was definitely a hit with Minnie and Nova. I used this product as a food topper. It is extremely important that I provide my fur babies with food that contain healthy ingredients. JustFoodForDogs has allowed me to accomplish this by containing healthy ingredients such as ground beef, kale, oats, carrots, brown rice and so many more. The resealable packaging is a plus. It allows me to keep the remaining portion of the food refrigerated. In comparison with other brands that I have used in the past, this brand has surpassed my expectations. I will definitely purchase the other flavors. I highly recommend this brand if you are in search of a healthy option.

It’s convenient that it doesn’t require refrigeration until it’s open and still has the benefits of fresh dog food that does require being refrigerated right off the bat. The resealable bag is great! The only downside is that it can be a little difficult to get the last half of the food out of the package.

I have a frenchie & a shortybull who I've always cooked food for because they are the pickiest eaters. They actually chowed down.. I read the ingredients before feeding them, as I do not feed my dogs anything that is not less than perfect. All natural! I put water in the bottom of their bowls, although you absolutely do not have to. I can hear them while I write this licking their bowls trying to find more. I am impressed!
