Poor delivery and damaged product

I am on auto shop and this is the second time that the delivery has been left out at the road! I understand that weather conditions the driver may not of wanted

I am on auto shop and this is the second time that the delivery has been left out at the road! I understand that weather conditions the driver may not of wanted to come down the plowed gravel drive for fear of getting stuck but my 80+ year old parents can come over with no issues and wife and I have no issues We got home and no delivery yet then about 90 minutes later friends came over and let us know we had a chewy order delivered but box was destroyed and bag of food was opened in two places. I know canceling my orders and just going to a feed store wouldn’t be any issue for a company of your size but if this keeps happening I will have no choice This is totally unacceptable

Fur Babies Enjoy it
