I have a Miniature Dachshund named Elle who was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was three years old. Her seizures were terrible. She had multiple ones a day every day. She was put on medication which made her drowsy and yet she still had them. I tried using natural medication and still not much luck. Eight years ago I had heard about the effects of high protein diets with epilepsy so I searched for a healthy dog food that had low protein. I was so thankful when I found Iams Healthy Weight. I was happy that the pieces weren't large and she absolutely loved eating it. I am so very proud to say that my beautiful little Elle will be fifteen this July 10, 2021 and she no longer takes anything for her seizures! Now she only has one maybe once a month. If it had not been for Iams then she might not have been with me. She still runs all over the yard and jumps up and down out of my chair like she always has because she doesn't think she's getting older. So yes I definitely would recommend this product to everyone because I know how great it is for my pet family. My other dog Bella was ran over by a pickup truck and she completely recovered within a week. I know that part of that was an answer to prayer that she wasn't badly injured but the other part is keeping her in good health. If she had not been on this amazing food I don't believe her body would have had what it needed to heal itself. I can never say enough great things about Iams and what they've done for my pets. I am so grateful to be a part of the Iams family!

What happened to front door delivery

The dog food is the same thing I have been feeling my dogs for years. The person who delivered it didn't take it to the door. Whoever delivered it left the big blue

The dog food is the same thing I have been feeling my dogs for years. The person who delivered it didn't take it to the door. Whoever delivered it left the big blue box in the middle of my driveway. With another package on top of it. I have been getting this sam order. For a few years. This was the only time someone dropped the box in the middle of my driveway. Making it way harder for me to get it into my house and easier to be spotted and stolen. I've lived in this house since 2013. I have never had anyone drop a package in the driveway. That was careless and down right stupid. Not only making it easier to steal but much harder for me to.get it into my house.

Recently brought my dog to the vet for his annual check up. He weighed 84lbs they wanted him down to 75lbs. They told me to just cut back on his normal food but he was already eating quite a bit less than the recommended amount so I didn't feel comfortable. Bought a bag of IAMS healthy weight, did a hard switch with no tummy upsets. Both my dogs love it and my guy is down to 78lbs in two weeks time! 3 more pounds to go! Then I'll have to see how well they maintain on it. Otherwise I may try another Iams formula once we're at our ideal weight!

Fairly certain it was the Simparica but I've been researching everything I give her and am being very careful. Was shocked to see Iam's promoting the Made in America but leaving out the vital information of their product ingredients coming from Malaysia.

I've been buying Iam's Healthy Weight for close to a year now, both on and offline. My pooch Norman got spoiled WAY too much, and I knew I needed to make changes to his diet to get my buddy back on track. I was worried that he wouldn't like this new kibble, but he immediately gobbled it down the minute I put it in his bowl! Now it's the only brand I feed him. And for those curious: YES, it does work! I'm proud to say that Norman slimmed out within months of us changing his diet. The trick is finding the right ratio of food to give your pooch and, of course, staying away from high-calorie doggy snacks! We later put my sibling's dog, Cerrick, on this exact same brand, and he loves it. Iam's Healthy Weight gets 10/10 from everyone in the house. It's nutritious, affordable and frill-free kibble that I feel good about giving my boys.
