Our vet told us that our 10 year old had some bone spurs and arthritis beginning. She had X-rays after a porcupine incident so our vet recommended looking for a senior dog for that would give her and our other big dog the nutrients that would help keep them active as they grew older. We’ve used Iams mini chunks for a good portion of their adult lives without issue so we figured we would try Iams Senior formula. They gobble it right up and we’ve noticed our girls running around more lately. We don’t know for sure that it has anything to do with the food but it might. They lick each other’s bowls as well so we take that as a good sign. I put warm water and most times I add canned pumpkin as well. We will continue using this! I’m glad Iams has it and that Chewy carries it so it is shipped right to our door!

We start with a little canned cat food first thing in the morning, then around 11am, she gets her IAMS with either a little chicken or roast beef. She's been eating it all, which is a wonder in and of itself. She's an old girl, almost blind and deaf, but I wouldn't give her up for anything. Glad she enjoys the IAMS Mature Adult dog food. It's a giant bag, so I hope she doesn't change her mind!
