Only got one flavor

I supplement my dog's kibble with a wet food "topper" in a bunch of different flavors since she gets bored. Bought this pack to try out this brand and the two flavors

I supplement my dog's kibble with a wet food "topper" in a bunch of different flavors since she gets bored. Bought this pack to try out this brand and the two flavors including to maybe add to the rotation... however all I got in the box was 12 of one flavor instead of 6 of each. (The photo shows 8 beef instead of 6, though I did get 12 beef... I'd used 4 beef before taking the remaining trays out of the box and realizing there was no chicken.) She seemed to like the beef and it looked like good food, but if you're buying for the actual variety of 2 flavors, beware.

Little trays are great!

Abby, my 8 pound Chihuahua eats 1/2 tray mixed with a heaping tablespoon of Hills Science kibble twice a day. She also gets snacks throughout the day; duck rawhide

Abby, my 8 pound Chihuahua eats 1/2 tray mixed with a heaping tablespoon of Hills Science kibble twice a day. She also gets snacks throughout the day; duck rawhide and chicken chews. She is 9 years old and runs in the yard but does love her couch time. She runs to her bowl to eat her stew-like meals. I alternate between the chicken and beef. She’s happy and I’m happy she is getting quality food. I read a suggestion to give a 10 pound dog 4 trays per day. She couldn’t possibly eat that much, she would be huge.

My older dog Jana had an autoimmune disorder for five years. I think Hills dog products increased her lifespan and until her last crisis last week, when we lost her. I truly think Hills products kept her going. My younger dog Mishka has been fed hills for the last three years , since we got him as a puppy. He is very healthy and strong. I will definitely keep buying this high quality food.

Consistency of beef savory stew

This is absolutely the only dog food my 12 yr old shi tzu will eat, in all her life. This is a must staple that I always have on hand. I have tried new brands

This is absolutely the only dog food my 12 yr old shi tzu will eat, in all her life. This is a must staple that I always have on hand. I have tried new brands and types but this is the brand and type she will pretty consistently eat. Now, recently since about October I have been receiving this same brand like I have for years and the beef savory stew is not the same or as pictured (with beef, carrots, rice, potatoes and peas). They have changed it, snuck a different consistency and perhaps taste bc now my pup won’t touch it. I’ve ordered it 3x’s thinking it’s just a glitch but 3x’s the beef stew is not beef stew but a canned like packed consistency with no gravy, no veggies I can see. It even smells different. I finally called Chewy and, of course, the a wonderful lady named Shania checked right into it and researched it. It seems my boxes came from another plant manufacture with the lot number 133610, I believe. Each one of my last 3-4 boxes were of that lot number and all the beef stew (I have the chicken and beef stew mix) were the wrong consistency. I re-ordered then through Shania at Chewys one box of Small Paws beef savory stew and another separate box of chicken savory stew. I did not order the mixed this time. And guess what? The beef stew was the right one!! Same price as the mixed box, too. Problem solved thanks to Shania at Chewey for taking it on. My pup is happy again and I’m happy now! You always go above and beyond, Chewey people!!

My sweet toy poodle, Sadie devoured this food. It's the only food so far that she's liked that much. I should have looked more closely at the ingredients, but trusted it due to the brand. Wheat flour and dextrose, etc. shouldn't be included! I'll allow Sadie to finish this case, but I ordered another brand for her to try that has fewer ingredients. Hope she likes it!

Nasty , open, molded packs

I received this package and inside the manufacturer box some of the packs had been punctured, were leaking and the liquid on the packs was molded. I smelled something

I received this package and inside the manufacturer box some of the packs had been punctured, were leaking and the liquid on the packs was molded. I smelled something as soon as I opened the chewy box. How could your associates not have noticed that? Then when I let you know you shipped another one no offer to refund me or expedited shipping. I haven’t received the new shipment yet but I will be returning it I will not feed this food to my pet what a horrible experience.

Purchased in replace of Hill’s ‘Healthy’ wet food that has been out of stock. Pricier but worth chance taken, as vet recommends Hill’s and doggie really likes it!
