Just brought home our new 2 year old, 25 pound rescue. Had no idea what food she had been eating, so we were wary of an upset stomach. Used to use Blue Buffalo, but that has gotten VERY expensive. Science Diet was well reviewed, so we decided to try that. She gets a tablespoon of moist with a cup of dry food twice a day and gobbles it down. Has not any any intestinal problems. Hoping to keep her happy and healthy for a very long time.

When I switched back to science’s diet, I noticed an extreme difference. I only feed her dry dog food she’s three years old, happy healthy,and energetic. Thank you, Hills science diet and chewy for the best dog service ever.
Seems to help with eye staining
I had been feeding my Maltese/Chihuahua Royal Canin for several years. Chewy (and everyone else) was out of stock so I had to make a switch. We don’t have issues
I had been feeding my Maltese/Chihuahua Royal Canin for several years. Chewy (and everyone else) was out of stock so I had to make a switch. We don’t have issues with picky eaters in my house, so I could’ve picked just about anything. However, based on the reviews I went with Science Diet. My dog seems to like it, but the biggest difference I’ve noticed is in reduced tear stains. Even though my pup is a mutt, her Maltese DNA makes her susceptible to tear staining. Since I switched her diet there is a noticeable reduction in the discoloration around her eyes and mouth. Who knew! I won’t be switching back to her old Royal Canin food.
FYI>>Recipe CHANGE, now include CORN AND SOYBEAN MEAL.

Willow has been eating Science diet since puppy hood. She ate the puppy food, then switched over to this adult food. Willow never had any digestive issues or upset tummy with this food, BUT NOW they DRASTICALLY CHANGED the recipe. I highly recommend that you gradually switch your pups over to this food over a course of 7 days by mixing it with the older kibble formula. They have made a BIG change in the ingredients in this kibble. Willow was transitioned over to this new formula and is doing well on it with no digestive or tummy issues..

Finally, Hills Science is using healthy ingredients (in some of their dog food anyway). I would never buy it before because their ingredients was by products and corn. This one for toy dogs has chicken meal, no more by products and no corn and my little 4.5 pound rescue poodle likes it. At the rescue he had to eat what ever was donated, even if it was giant kibble for big dogs. This kibble is perfect size for his tiny little mouth and he loves crunching it away. I do want to switch him over to Farmina Wild Boar eventually, (my cats are eating it and LOVING it) but I have to wait until chewy starts carrying it again, hopefully!

Out of no where my Yorkie has become extremely picky the past several months, literally will turn her nose up , not eating her regular dogfood. after trying several new products/ recommendations i finally hit the jackpot with Hill Science Small Paws. The Hill Science wet food she won't touch, but she really likes this hard food, so I'm finally happy. I bought Blue wet food small dogs which she likes as well.
