I have been buying 32 cases a year for at least the last 5 years . Every now and then I would get a single serve container of what I felt looked like it was "the bottom of the barrel " all gravy ,hardly any food pieces. Now my recent order of 9 cases is turning out to be ALL "bottom of the barrel ".It is 98% water/gravy and maybe 2% food pieces. I am very disappointed. I even contacted Science Hill and have not heard back from them .I fear this is Science Hills "Shrinkflation" .Best part, they have raised the price for this product over the last few years.I guess now their answer is to go down & I mean way down in the quality of the product .My small pup's appetite is now not satisfied. If this is now Science Hills "new formula "I will have to look for another brand of food with a higher quality for my dog. At the cost of this product & all of Science Hills products ,along with their reputation & supposedly saying " they care about your pet "I would think they would do better. Now I have lot of gravy left until I can make the switch to a better food. It use to be a really great product .Why I bought so many for so long

I recently wrote a review about the Beef flavored version looking like something was wrong. I decided to order just the chicken this time and it too looks like the picture shown! What is going on? Did Hill Science change the recipe because my dog is not impressed and neither am I. I usually order the variety pack with half beef and half chicken. My Luna tends to like the Beef more so decided to go with just beef but the food looked like a solid block of mush. This time I decided to just order chicken and it came the same way!

My pups LOVE this food so much I use it to encourage them to eat their dry food once in a while like when they need to eat with a pill. Or when we all just need a nice pick me up on a gloomy COVID19 quarantine day. I use 1 container and divide into four meals, added to kibble, and they gobble it all down with gusto which gives me great pleasure to see. A treat we all feel good about.

My two-year-old Havanese dog was developing a lot of sores on his stomach and chest. I was searching all over to figure out if it was his food that could possibly be causing it and I’m still on that journey, but he did try this food for a few months as one of the food trials. He was only 13 pounds to start with and got down to 10.2 pounds on this food. Of course I was very concerned. The vet pointed out that he should’ve been eating about five of these little containers a day whereas I was giving him half of one three times a day plus a few snacks. (That is not affordable for me.) This was obviously the cause for his weight loss so just make sure you read the feeding instructions and don’t go by the Havanese feeding chart you can find online, which is what I had always gone by since he was very tiny. He seemed to think it was very tasty, but he wasn’t getting enough nutrition.

We were skeptical on buying this since our Baby was used to eating grain free. We needed to find a new food that our Mia would eat. .. after a annual checkup our veterinarian recommended this food due to a slight coronary issue. . . Well our Baby loves this food and has lost a little weight since we started her on it. We want to have many more years with her so this has been the best path, strongly recommend it.

Our rescue loves this, she's picky. This has actual meat, veggies, rice & gravy. We have a 8 pounder & she likes both the beef & chicken stews. Sometimes we mix it up with some dry food to be good for her teeth. She doesn't eat all her food at once so we put it in the fridge when she's not eating it.

This is the only brand of wet food I give my silky terrier and he LOVES it. I alternate between the beef stew and chicken with barley. His coat is healthy, he has plenty of energy and always looks forward to dinner time. For dry food, we use the dry version of this same brand for toy and small breeds, and are 100% pleased with it as well.

A new try for a finicky eater when a similar kind of wet food was out of stock and I am really glad I got it. My 11 lb. senior ate it heartily the first time! I mix it with another wet food that is more pasty and this adds moisture plus she seems to like the little nuggets that are just right for her to chew since she's missing many teeth. I only got 1 box of trays for the try but will get more next time for sure. I like these trays...so convenient, no cans to deal with, and she gets 2 meals out of them. Must be flavorful if she eats it as she is 1 dog that's hard to please! Also it agrees with her tummy, no problems.
