This food is made in the USA. Hill's will source raw materials only from countries where there are reliable safety procedures in place, primarily in the United States, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and several European countries. All of their meats are sourced from USDA inspected plants that only process foods for human consumption.

Food is great, but keep getting dented cans

The food is great, my dog has been on this for a while. My only issue is that I have gotten dented cans on several occasions. I love the convenience of purchasing

The food is great, my dog has been on this for a while. My only issue is that I have gotten dented cans on several occasions. I love the convenience of purchasing from Chewy, but having to throw out food because I don't want to chance giving it to my dog and making her sick makes me think twice about purchasing her can food from you. Chewy's customer service is great, but I just don't like having to risk getting dented cans. The package was not damaged, so it seems as though the cans are getting dented at the warehouse before they ship.

The sensitive skin and stomach rice stew is just what Ronson needed. Instead of making him rice and chicken, I mix this food with the entree food and he loves it. Ronson is 18 and doesn’t have a lot of teeth so the texture is perfect for him to chew. He’s a tween dash hound that’s the size between mini and standard. His weight is 14 lbs so he’s just a little guy.

Every can severely dented.

My orders have been coming a little dented here and there. On this order, every single can in one of the flats of this flavor was severely dented. I was uncomfortable

My orders have been coming a little dented here and there. On this order, every single can in one of the flats of this flavor was severely dented. I was uncomfortable using 3 cans as I couldn’t tell if the integrity of the can has been compromised. I probably shouldn’t have used any, but I couldn’t make it to the store nor did I have time to report. The normal protective Chewy box that fits over the individual flats wasn’t there this order. Felt like at least part of the problem.

Oh my goodness.....there's nothing worse than a 80 lb dog with chronic diarrhea. As much as she would try to hold it until we got home, sometimes she'd have to sneak off in a corner and relieve herself. That is not sustainable long term, so we got Miss Maisie Maye to the vet and he recommended this food along with the Sensitive Stomach kibble. EUREKA!! This turned things around fast, and now Miss Maisie has nice regular potty trips and no nasty surprises. LOVE THIS STUFF! (And oh yeah, Maisie gobbles it down so she loves the flavor too....)

Crushed box.

These are capsules and the box is crushed to a point it looks like some of the capsules have been damaged. It looks like it is how you are packaging with other products we order not the delivery service. We try to order as much as we can with one delivery to save us shipping costs. Thanks, Kim

Cans come severely dented

We’ve been ordering this for years. In the past, there would be a few dented cans, but now the cans come severely dented - out of 12 cans, 8 were very badly dented

We’ve been ordering this for years. In the past, there would be a few dented cans, but now the cans come severely dented - out of 12 cans, 8 were very badly dented. These are obviously dented before they are put on the cardboard tray and shrink wrapped. It doesn’t feel like Chewy even cares, because I’ve seen other comments about this and nothing gets done. It’s disappointing that Chewy doesn’t correct this.

My old lady has had all kinds of stomach issues the last year- recurrent infections and antibiotics exacerbated the issue. She is also a picky eater. We hadn't had a solid poop in almost 2 months before I decided to try this food. 10/10 would recommend. I tried a few other brands and even the bland rice/chicken diet and was starting to get extremely frustrated before I found this one. She loves it, eats her whole bowl without additional prompting (I combine the wet and dry food together of this brand). Solid, healthy poops every day. I am SO relieved. Although it is a bit pricey I think it's worth the cost. Thank you!!

After my Shih Tzu spent all day in the ER vet on Friday for another round of pancreatitis, I found this food after giving him the prescription Science Diet. I picked up this flavor and he not only enjoyed the taste but his stools have never looked healthier and he has stopped scratching his skin. He was not a fan of the chicken flavor but loved this turkey because it was more like meat, veggies and gravy. I have also mixed it with his probiotic and he still enjoys it very much. I highly recommend for anyone whose dog has a sensitive stomach but may also be a finicky eater.

We inherited a 14-year-old toothless wiener dog when my dad passed away a couple of years ago. He had been on his old food for years. We had noticed within the past month or so that he seemed to have a growly belly and diarrhea every couple of days and would lay around on us all day. I decided to try some sensitive stomach dog foods, and this one was the winner. He LOVES it. We used to have to stand around and sit by him to get him to eat. Now, he doesn’t give a rip where we are when he eats. He just wants this stuff in his bowl. He jumps up and down and bounces until I put it in and gobbles it up as fast as a toothless dog can. He hasn’t had a growly belly since the day he started eating this food. I didn’t do any mixing of the old with the new to start him on it. He also loves the Science Diet Sensitive Stomach and Skin Small Bites kibble as a snack between morning and evening meals. I am so glad I was able to find these foods!!
