My golden Phoebe was 16 pounds overweight. We started her on the hills science diet for adult dogs a mix of the small kibble and the canned food and we also added it in some fresh boiled mashed up carrots and she has lost 15 pounds. She is running around now like she used to when she was a puppy instead of the adult eight year-old that she is. For her treats, we give her slices of fresh carrots, and seedless watermelon also seedless cucumbers, she loves her new diet!

Greatly disappointed in this product. The photos suggested a solid meat and vegetable food with a thick gravy coating, similar to the now discontinued Purina Pro

Greatly disappointed in this product. The photos suggested a solid meat and vegetable food with a thick gravy coating, similar to the now discontinued Purina Pro Plan Entree products. Instead, the Hill’s Stew appears to contain about 60% solids sunk in a liquid with the consistency of water. I’m getting less full spoons of this product out of a 15.5 oz can than I was out of a 5.5 oz can of Purina Pro Plan. And both of my dogs stools are clearly showing a negative difference.

We have been feeding our dog this for about three years now. In the beginning it was a moist vegetable & chicken mix that our dog loved. The last couple of cases has had a lot more liquid and is more of a soup. Our dog isn't nearly as excited now at feeding time and sometimes doesn't eat it right away. This was never an issue in the past when she devoured it right away. Something has changed in this product and not for the good.

POOR PRODUCTION QUALITY

Ordered and received two cases of Hills Perfect Weight canned dog food. After opening several cans in each case I found that the cans contained two thirds water

Ordered and received two cases of Hills Perfect Weight canned dog food. After opening several cans in each case I found that the cans contained two thirds water and very little dog food. The liquid inside does not look or smell the same as in previous orders. My only conclusion is that Hills product production is at fault and is dangerous to my dogs. Request an immediate correction and response on the production failures.

She is the smartest Service Dog in Michigan because her 16 year old BC Service Dog of my who will be 16 years on april 23rd helped me train her every day. And then Play for a half hour after a 2 miles walk every morning. She will be competeing the last weekend in May at our Bark on Biddle Dog festivale in Wyandotte, Mi in Bishop park every year its 3 days of Dock diving, Rabbit Chase racing , Agility, Music for 3 days we have not missed in 13 years .Now Nikki Jean is thecmkst amazing swimmer and Dock diver amature who beat 3 pros last year off the top pier jjimpong 24.8ft for a 25.7lbBorder Collie that was outstanding. Now Jeanie Marie cant walk over a half mile now do we have last year and this year got her a fold up wagon we pull her in with 3 pillows and she smiles and reembers her days being top Rabbit Chase racer the fastest eah day out of over 200 dogs. So she walks when she sits i put her in her wagon and we stay all 3 days every year its our favorite weekend of the.year!

My vet recently recommended Science Hill w/d chicken vegetable stew to my Sophie. She was picky about food- was having a boutique of diarrhea. I honestly didn't think she would eat it. Was I ever wrong! If there was a Mickey Mouse Clean Plate Club for dogs- she would most definitely be a member. At meal time she sits in front of entertainment center patiently waiting on her dinner. Cleans her plate licking.plate all over the room. I have never seen her so interested in her food. I wish I had a picture of her waiting on her plate. When she is finished she barks to let me know she has finished her dinner. I then clap and tell her what a good girl she is for eating. Then tell her how much mommy loves her.

We had to put our labs on a diet! It wasn't going to be pretty but for their health, it was a must. We started with Science Diet Perfect Weight dry food and the looks we got were pitiful!! If the babies hadn't been starving, they would have turned their nose up and walked away. So my husband said we should add a little wet food. Done...Now, all three of our labs are waiting (not so patiently) for us to prepare their meals. The only reason I'm not rating a 5, is the cost to add this to our babies meals is extremely expense. My only request would be to devise something that was more cost effective for large dogs.

My 11yo Teddy Bear loves this! A miracle. Roxie has gradually put on lbs over the years. She was already on the Hill’s Prescription c/d for Urinary Care. I needed to get her something healthy to mix in with her “crunchies”. This Perfect Weight Veggie and Chicken stew is a smart replacement to the chicken breasts or hamburger meat I was previously feeding her. Her tummy bloat is gone. She’s digesting it very well. I will be ordering my 2nd case and putting it on autoship. Yay!
