I was so happy to find these treats since my Poppy only eats Derm Complete dry puppy food. I give 5 stars both to Hill’s for making the treat and Chewy who has beyond exceptional service. In about an 18 hour period I asked my vet by text and screen shot if Poppy could have these. They said yes so I ordered Friday around 3:30 pm. Chewy contacted my vet for approval with in the hour and by noon Saturday they were on my Front porch!! Yes, they are hard, and a little too big for a mini Dachshund 8 1/2 months old but I was able to break a number of them in half without any problems. Thank you Chewy for your wonderful service!!

Surprised!!!

My vet recommended that I start using Hill’s Prescription canned food and Hill’s Prescription Diet Hypo Treats for my little dog. He determined that she has food allergies, and he said that I should not feed her anything other than what he suggested. My little Bella had a rash all over her stomach, between her toes, and in her ears. I had been feeding Bella dry food and giving her bacon treats. She hated her food and was addicted to the bacon treats. I had tried canned food and did everything to try to make the dry food more appetizing. I was certain that she would hate the dry treats and the canned food. Well, SURPRISE, SURPRISE...Bella gulps her Hill’s Prescription canned food(duck is her favorite), and she lives for the dry Hill’s Prescription Hypo Treats. I give her only four a day. I dreaded the transition to a new diet, but it was such a smooth process. It honestly brought tears to my eyes to see Bella actually enjoy her food for the first time. I am so grateful to Dr. John Mayfield, at The Animal Medical Center in Hattiesburg, MS. I am also so grateful for Hill’s commitment to provide products that supply the nutrients that are needed to keep our pets healthy and happy.

Our dog, Stanley, had skin and digestive issues, and I used these solely for him years ago. Once I got past the point of having a literal pantry of treats, I stuck with these as the go-to and everyone loves them. They smell like bullion cubes! What I will say is this - they've gotten to be so hard that if you have small pups, you have to make 'rubble'. Put them in a large Ziploc and take the meat mallet to them to have bite sized pieces. This nonsense started during Covid and it's hit or miss when I get a delivery. A little QC at Hills' is needed to ensure a breakable treat. It's not like the cost is even remotely reasonable so that's the least that buyers should be getting.

This was the first bag of treats that I ordered from Chewy, but we had gotten our first bag from the vet. Cooper must have remembered them fondly because we brought our Chewy delivery box in from the porch and left to go out to dinner. We came home to the box destroyed and the empty bag of treats on the living room floor! He ate the whole bag! No issues from doing so, but he has to wait till his next shipment in two weeks, because he blew his snack budget in one fell swoop!!

Our two year old Boxer developed a yeast infection on his paws that would not go away. Prior to taking him to an allergist for dogs my Vet suggested trying this diet to see if it helped. This also meant replacing his favorite treat as well. So I picked some of these up for him (along with prescription food) and he seems to like them just as much, if not more...lol. He's no longer biting at his paws and the yeast infection is just about gone. So I would say it's a win win for us all.

We love these biscuits for our little guy but the bag we received was very much darker than what they usually look like and a lot harder. Not sure if we maybe got a bad batch? However very happy to be able to receive these on a regular basis now.

My Greyhound was diagnosed with irritable bowel disease (IBD) and over the years has had several very serious bouts of pancreatitis that left me wondering if he was going to recover. My vet recommended I/D at the onset of my pup’s diagnosis. We thought it might be a short term solution. But each time we tried to VERY SLOWLY wean him off of I/D, once we reached near to full potency of a new kibble, my pup got extremely sick again. So for the past 6 years he’s been happily on I/D wet food, kibble and treats. And he loves them all. My Greyhound couldn’t not have survived without it.

Gwyneth says "Bow WOW!"

Thank goodness for these treats. This is the second baby I had to put on the Hills z/d formula and it is very hard to explain to your little one, no more treats or tastes of people food for 3 months!!! They look at you with such sad faces. But then you try the Hills hydrolyzed treats and their sadness goes away. They love these things. I don't know why they are so good. The ingredients are not much different from the food but they smell totally different. My dogs love them. I cut them up, since I have little dogs 10-12 pounds, and 2 biscuits turn into 12 pieces. This product is a life saver because when they are on the z/d food, the babies can't have anything else for a treat. Thank you for making these so tasty.

Since my Basset Hound is having allergy issues, he's been switched to Hill's Z/D kibble and we were happy to learn that there are little biscuits that are compatible with the food. He loves them, and they won't defeat the purpose of the special food. They're small and not that hard to break into a couple of pieces - and he absolutely loves them!
