Is this seed pesticide free?

The manufacturer adheres to the highest food-grade processing standards and uses only insect growth regulators to maintain these high standards. Any Pesticide used in the field would have had to be done in accordance with both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). Any pesticide used in the field would not have come in contact with the seed/grain itself.
