Grizzly Omega Health Omega-3's Dog Supplement, 32-fl oz bottle

My pup had alot of dander and was very itchy. I started him on this fish oil and a couple rounds of vitamins instead of the steroids the vet offered. I'm so happy I did. This fish oil is a good buy. My boy does not like fish and he has been able to get used it. It was a transition for him but once he started eating I noticed a difference within a week. Only 4 stars because the pump does leak onto the cabinet & it does have an intense but not the worst fishy smell.

When I received this product from Chewy there was leak covering the cardboard at the stop of the package which stabilizes the plunger mechanism. It was in cleaning up the leak that I took note that the moisture content in this oil is higher than the previous oil I'd ordered from Chewy. That seems a bit like padding the product. The "moisture" is really not the active ingredient in the product and clearly less expensive. To illustrate my previous oil was 99.9% oil-Grizzly is 93% oil. The additional moisture added "padding" is really not why a consumer orders this product. Further, clearly it creates a higher profit margin for this company than if they were using the oil supplement to create the ounces in each product. I will be returning to my previously ordered fish oil supplement for future orders.

When I adopted Ray (Ramon) he was almost unable to walk. No physical damage, vet thinks someone 'kicked him in the head' I credit this, in part, with his vast improvement. I’ve been using this omega 3 fish oil on my dogs’ food daily for several years now, and I definitely see a difference in their coat; it’s softer and shinier, and the dry skin as flakiness is gone. It’s easy to use with the pump dispenser, and the large 64 oz bottle is a great value if you plan to give it long term. Most days they eats their food right away with no hesitation. The smell is pretty fishy, as expected, but that doesn’t seem to bother my dogs. Overall a great addition to his routine!
