Packing Care of Product

We both appreciate the choice and prompt delivery of items but do not like the condition of products delivered. I have registered this complaint before. I recently made a $360 order that included cases of cans of wet cat food and pouches of dry cat treats. Bags of treats were stuffed between cases that had no packing protection to protect the bags from being crumbled during shipment and cases that included dented cans. I know Chewy can't be responsible for transport (and I have seen delivery drivers throw these boxes off their truck or onto my doorstep). I'm not sure what the answer is to that but I did temporarily suspend online orders from Chewy due to this dissatisfaction. I have ordered from other vendors that deliver locally with better results and free delivery. Was sad when I went back to my fave Chewy and had the same problem with delivered product. My fur babies don't care about a dent in the can - tho I do for safety purposes - but they turn up their noses to crumbs of treats, they want the whole morsel to crunch and chew on. BTW I had ordered 18 bags of treats so this is no small issue for me. That is not to say all have been damaged as I haven't opened each one but so far a couple have been damaged and it was clear when I unpacked the delivery box there will be more. I love Chewy, I just want more care.

Nova so enjoys these ,due to nice size .He seems to think he's getting more because they are a bigger size,than the others.He gets a large variety of treats but not a large amount at feedings.He has a playful feeding ball that he grabs in after noon for a sneak snack he thinks.He has to actually play to get the treat Which is great due to him being an insulin cat.Also use these treats as rewards after he gets his insulin shot in a.m & p.m .And that's a lot for a kitty twice a day for needles.But he's a trooper & gets special gifts for being cooperative.Nova was an abuse kitten when we got him all we could see was a lil boy who needs loads of love ,and great family life and that's what we are.He makes it possible!!! He's just a fabulous kitty .Couldn't ask for a better cutie than "Nova" !!! That's his buddy in photo,his favorite monkey.But his white BuBun is the very best buddy in Nova's life besides his dad!!!

Our Picky Eaters Will Only Eat These!

Our kitties know that when the dog hits the sack at night for bedtime, it's time to bring out the Mixed Grill treats!! They start meowing their little heads off,

Our kitties know that when the dog hits the sack at night for bedtime, it's time to bring out the Mixed Grill treats!! They start meowing their little heads off, going over to the cabinet where the treats are kept - it's like they haven't eaten for weeks! Once, we ran out of the Mixed Grill flavor and bought another flavor for them. None of the cats ate them, and one actually covered hers up with her cover that she was laying on! We can take a hint and now make it a point to order their favorite Mixed Grill treats in a timely manner. We've never ordered anything that arrived so quickly as it does from Chewy! We received our last order in less than 24 hrs. from when it was ordered late one evening!! Chewy cannot be beat by anyone, in our opinion. Our furry friends say "Thanks, Chewy! You're the greatest!"

This treat is extremely hard to find in retail .

The bags are small so they don’t last long .our cats can nibble between meals when they want to snack as treats are always available. Our babies do have wet cans

Our babies do have wet cans of food for meals and bedtime food and treats are available when hungry .None of Us are over weight and they are extremely healthy .We are in bed at night and all day we are out side to roam the front porch and the back porch .We are safe and happy all day .Our Master is home all day to watch us and cat sit us.

Use for giving pills- cat loves them

I’ve stumbled across these as a means to give my cat his many pills a day. So happy I did! He’s not a big fan of pill pockets and won’t eat the pills by themselves

I’ve stumbled across these as a means to give my cat his many pills a day. So happy I did! He’s not a big fan of pill pockets and won’t eat the pills by themselves but if I take just enough pill pocket to cover the pill, stick it to the back of one of these cookies, he gobbles it up so quickly. He used to be so difficult when taking his pills and now it’s a breeze. He begs for these cookies.
