This is the 3rd or 4th little Frisco house we've had, and my cats always love these. They provide a place for them to hide (of course cats love to hide), and they provide a scratching pad. This particular house has a cute little window they can peek out of too, which I think they really like. My only complaint with these Frisco houses is the way the center beam is constructed. I always have trouble with it staying in the cutout slots when I'm trying to put it together. If this is your first house, you might want to have the duct tape handy, but at this point, I've gotten to where I don't need duct tape, so you might not! Maybe it's just me.

This is an adorable cat house. The design and colors are fun but not too flashy. It wasn’t the easiest to put together without ripping, but it is relatively sturdy

This is an adorable cat house. The design and colors are fun but not too flashy. It wasn’t the easiest to put together without ripping, but it is relatively sturdy and does not take up too much room. I wish the structure had a bottom because the cat nip just falls through the scratcher, leaving quite a mess on your floor. However, my two 18 year old cats love it. One is blind and smelled her way to it, and had a great time scratching inside. My other cat goes inside and stares out the window every day. She sometimes just lounges inside for a bit. Watching them in it brings me joy, and it seems to bring them joy too. Despite the small issues, I recommend this cat house!

I did not have high hopes for this product as I had bought a similar product from a big box store and it broke as I was putting it together, and made it a week before

I did not have high hopes for this product as I had bought a similar product from a big box store and it broke as I was putting it together, and made it a week before falling apart. This one is a MUCH BETTER quality. It was pretty easy to put together with the directions, and the cardboard is a little thicker so the structure is more stable. I can move it around without the pannels coming loose. The inside is roomy enough for a 15 lb chunk, but not his little brother (per 15 lb chunk). I would definitely purchase this brand again over the cheaper big box store version.

Received this "Frisco Lobster Restaurant Cardboard Cat House" today from our friendly FedEx driver. I just finished assembling it (just under 30 minutes) and introduced our two boys, Jack (our mackerel tabby), and his partner is mischief, Maurice (aka, Candy-Corn). It is necessary to read and follow the instructions as some things are just not intuitive. The only issue was the listed catnip was not included. Yep, we checked through everything. For being cardboard, it's actually sturdier that I thought it would be. We introduced both cats to it, and the both checked it out looking for treats but soon departed to their beds for their afternoon naps. I'm sure the large scratching pad (it's floor) will get a lot of use! It's cute. . . but as with any cardboard toy/furniture, it will eventually be used to it's end.

I have one cat who loves boxes and he was trying to get inside before I even had it finished. Pretty easy to assemble seems like it will be sturdy enough to last a while. My cats are both almost 15 pounds and they fit inside but it’s a little on the small side for them. My only negative comment is I wish it had a solid bottom so the catnip doesn’t go through onto the floor.
