We have a new emotional support stuffie in our house. Initially, he tore off the tentacles and the tail pretty quick, but a few weeks later he hasn’t done any more
We have a new emotional support stuffie in our house. Initially, he tore off the tentacles and the tail pretty quick, but a few weeks later he hasn’t done any more damage to it. He walks around the house with it, greets us at the door with it, and will even tire himself out chewing it while watching me do a strength workout. I don’t think it’s particularly durable, and this guy is a tough chewer - he just doesn’t seem to want to destroy it! It’s soft and plush, and just the right size to fill a coonhound mouth.
My aggressive chewer took her time.
We first let out little dog play with the toy for a few days. He doesn't destroy them and enjoys fluffy toys like this with things like claws or parts that stick
We first let out little dog play with the toy for a few days. He doesn't destroy them and enjoys fluffy toys like this with things like claws or parts that stick out. After two days we let our pit take over. Yes it has received quite a bit of chewing. However the normal eta until complete destruction is at most 2 days. We were shocked that she played with it for more than a day before beginning to chew on it. While it's not exactly fully intact now. This has lasted far longer than other toys. I believe that it is because of all those frills and appendages. She will not let us pitch it yet and it still has chew time left.
The squeaky, crunchy lobster
My German Shepherd, who is 3, loved this lobster. He threw it around and enjoyed squeaking it, especially while we watched tv. It is nice that it is big for him

I’m sure he could tear it up, but I don’t let him lay down and chew it. I like that it has a crunchy sound when he chews on it. He will run around the house with it in his mouth making noise with it. I think it’s pretty tough, because he hasn’t torn it apart. If you have a very aggressive chewer, I would watch while they have it.
Absolutely adorably delicious toy
This toy is hilarious. It's just a bit oversized so my dog Blob always looks like her mouth is full. She loves playing around with this toy and has been gentle enough

She loves playing around with this toy and has been gentle enough to not destroy it even after several days. I think she likes the softness of the toy. It's certainly fun to play with her -- I can grab the claws while she grabs the lobster roll. We call it the "blobster roll".

My black lab loves this toy! I was pleasantly surprised how big and sturdy the toy was too. It’s held up great with her rough play however if your dog is a big chewer
