Well built crate

This is a solid, well built crate, we ordered large size for 38 pound dog so plenty of room for her to stretch out...we only use it for short times when we leave

This is a solid, well built crate, we ordered large size for 38 pound dog so plenty of room for her to stretch out...we only use it for short times when we leave house on errands. We have a full size mattress topper folded in half in a twin size comforter sewn the long way, like a duvet and a pillow of course ....no reason to be uncomfortable....

Quality has gone way down!!!

This crate sucks! I have purchased several of these in past years with no issue. I just ordered 4 and not happy. Wire not as heavy as in past. Tray is way too small

This crate sucks! I have purchased several of these in past years with no issue. I just ordered 4 and not happy. Wire not as heavy as in past. Tray is way too small for the crate. It is almost 2 inches too narrow and 2 inches too short! Puppy can chew carpet and chew tray side while inside. Door latches are very hard to work do to being out of alignment. Tray lock on front isn't anywhere close to being short enough to latch. Very dissapointed to say the least!!!

Crooked latch

This crooked latch makes it harder to be sure that the latch is locked. My worry is that my older dog walker won't have this properly latched and my dog will escape

Two ways to enter

Great heavy duty crate for our big boy. Plenty of room for him to move around, and it's sturdy! I like the fact that it has entrances facing two different directions

Tray is too small for cage and came broke

I paid a lot of money for this cage and the tray is not the right size as it is too small for the cage and it came with a chunk broke out of it. I am very disappointed

Easy to put together

Buyer beware. Item not as advertised

First of all, when I received the crate the box stated 37 “X 24.5 x 26.8 . I do not have room for BIGGER crate nor do I need one. Secondly, tray was TOO small

First of all, when I received the crate the box stated 37 “X 24.5 x 26.8 . I do not have room for BIGGER crate nor do I need one. Secondly, tray was TOO small for crate. (See photo) My dog could have ended up injured if I didn’t know better. Thirdly, tray was cheap plastic. plastic hangers are made more sturdy. Fourthly, divider door was permanently stuck to outside of crate and wouldn’t allow for removal. And finally, crate door was bent. I’ve had many crates over 30 years for all my APBTs and this definitely was the worst. Do not recommend.
