When I first got this cat toy I was surprised by the size it is a large cat toy, would be good for adult cats. My cat Riley really liked the size because he could grab it and hold on to play. My cat also enjoyed the crinkle noise the toy makes. I was really impressed by the quality and durability of the toy my cat has been play and clawing at it for a week now and still looks new. If you have a playful adult cat or a larger cat this is a good toy, it is hard to find toys for bigger cats, but this is one I would recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my brother's cats, but as soon as I took it out of the box - while it was still in the plastic packaging - my own cat went crazy for it. So I opened the plastic and gave it to her, and she started playing with it like I haven't seen her play with a toy in a long time (she's 11 years old and now prefers lap naps over toys - but this brought out her younger side.) So yeah, the silvervine/catnip is VERY strong. She hasn't beat it up too much but it seems pretty durable.
