Paw-sitively thrilled to report that 3 out of 4 dogs in our pack find this toy a treat. It’s bigger than our smallest (and oldest) pup, so we won’t hold that against it. Our largest dog, Ami, who’s all about fetch, is over the moon that the potion bottles squeak – perfect for grabbing her attention before we toss them. They’re soft and just the right size for this 75-pound spooky sweetheart to carry around. Our blind dachshund, Haymitch, appreciates the crinkle sounds the cauldron makes! It keeps him entertained as he digs around, pulling out a potion or two but mostly loving the sensory nose poking experience. He’s all about that crinkle vibe! Katniss, our other dachshund, is the hide-and-seek queen. We started off by squeaking the toys under a blanket to get her in the game, but now she’s mastered grabbing them right out of the cauldron on her own. Clever pup! This Halloween-themed toy is the ulti-mutt enrichment for our crew! Fair warning if you’ve got human kiddos – they might be just as enchanted by the potions as your fur babies. My kids love ‘em! The quality is pawsome. While none of our dogs are heavy chewers, I can tell this toy will last a long time in our household. If your pup is a light chewer, it’ll hold up well. But for those aggressive chewers out there, watch out – squeakers may be no match for determined jaws! Always know your pup’s chew factor! 🐾

First of all, I bought this toy because I thought it was cute. My dog loves hide and seek toys, so it's hard to go wrong when I pick them out. I bought this toy and the candy cauldron version from Frisco. This one is much better than the candy one, since the potion bottles are larger and make the toy feel fuller. The top has a fun crinkle top (something the candy version is lacking). My dog picked the potion toy over the candy one, and hasn't put it down all day. It's probably not the most durable plush, but she doesn't destroy her hide and seek toys, so it's not a concern for me.

The review by Megan is what convinced me to purchase this toy. My yorkie absolutely loves it. I tried to take a photo, but he was either flinging the potions across the room and running after them, or if I got closer to take a photo, he took off running with the cauldron. It was hilarious. My dog plays with his toys rather than tear them apart. He will sometimes chew on them but that’s usually all. I’d say this toy is durable for dogs who play with their toys similarly. He really likes the crinkle sound in the cauldron and the squeakers in the potions.

This was a very cute Halloween toy for my pups and I enjoyed the overall theme. My onlu complaints are it was very easily destroyed by my dogs, the pot didn't seem to be very interesting to them even though it had the crinkle inside and the squeakers didn't squeak very well which tends to be their favorite part. I also expected to potions to be a little bigger, they were about palm sized. But they did have fun digging them out of the cauldron and destroying them and its very cute for spooky season.
