This is the only cat litter that I've had over the past 20 years of owning a cat (I've tried many!) that lives up to its claim of maintaining a fresh smelling litter box for several weeks (if properly cleaned). We have three cats, sometimes four -- depending on who is visiting -- and this litter has never let me down!

I have used Fresh Step Multi Cat Extra Strength for years and will not switch. I have three cats sharing one large litter box, and this litter handles it with no problem. The clumping is excellent. It forms tight, solid clumps that do not break apart or fall through the scoop. It does not stick to the scooper, which makes cleaning quick and easy. I scoop once or twice a day, and honestly, no one would ever know I have cats. The odor control is that good. I have tried other brands over the years, and nothing compares. This one is consistent, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. I highly recommend it for multi cat households.

It's not much different from the Fresh step products we've used for at least three years. I've never had any litter box order in our very small home. Used as directed, with plenty of litter and daily scooping it's never messy. Finnegan likes to bury his leavings very deep so we use a medium size U Haul packing box with at least five inches of litter, adding a full box of litter when the level drops due to scooping.

This old litter worked great, but they changed the formula

This litter was excellent and well worth the price. I have 7 cats. BUT! They caught corporate greed and now each box is less lbs. for the same price. That’s shrinkflation!

This litter was excellent and well worth the price. I have 7 cats. BUT! They caught corporate greed and now each box is less lbs. for the same price. That’s shrinkflation! I probably could have lived with that. But they also changed the formula. It’s more coarse and doesn’t clump nearly as well. It’s time to boycott when a company lets you down so that’s what I’m doing. I’ll be buying my litter from a different company. I was a loyal customer for many, many years. However, they weren’t loyal to me.

42lbs for 20$ sign me up 38lbs for 25$ no thank you!

Why get rid of the 42lb box that was 19$ and replace it with this? It only has 38lbs which isnt much of a difference but its 25$. You just lost a customer ill look

You just lost a customer ill look elsewhere for litter that has around 40 or more lbs and is around 20$ You could have just kept the cheaper litter and more people would have been happy i had had no issue with the old one but big company decides "lets make it better have less and more expensive" so goodbye to my money i wont buy something only to find out when i need more its no longer made and if i want the same kind it less bang for my buck and like 7$ more than i was paying
