The packages were delivered to my neighbor by mistake. Neighbor said to bring it to my house. I watch the carrier pick up the packages and bring them to my front gate and leave them there did not bring them to my door. I’m 75 yrs old I expected the packages to be delivered to my front door as they have been in the past. Obviously the delivery person did not want to bring them through my gate to my front porch so they left them at my front gate. It was a very hard struggle for me to get them from my front gate to my house. I live alone and don’t have help. I expected the packages to be delivered to my front door. that did not happen. In the past, they were always delivered to my front door. That is why I order and have them delivered because cat litter is heavy.

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service and compassion I experienced from Chewy. Recently, I called to cancel an order for my beloved cat, Jet, who had passed away. Taylor, the representative who assisted me, went above and beyond. Although the order had already shipped, she refunded me the full amount (which I opted to receive as store credit to use for my dog, Daisy) and suggested I donate the items to someone who could use them. But that wasn’t all, today, I was completely blown away when I received flowers from Taylor and my friends at Chewy, expressing their condolences for Jet. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it truly touched my heart during a very difficult time. Chewy has always been a great company for pet products, but this level of kindness and humanity is unmatched. Thank you, Taylor and the Chewy team, for reminding me that there are companies that truly care about their customers. You’ve earned a lifelong customer.

My cats cough and wheeze often and it’s because of this litter! There is a dust layer over everything in the laundry room where the litter boxes are. Unacceptable. Mixing with arm and hammer litter to try to offset dust storms. Would be better to use for oil spill clean up! Maybe I will donate to a mechanic.

There was only a single sheet of paper in the box which did nothing to prevent the 42# case of litter from destroying 2 cases of cat food in one box, and then the second box was packed the same way so that the litter destroyed a third case of cat food. All items are still usable, but this is poor packing at Chewy. The previous order was packaged in a neat, professional way, but this month it's unacceptable.

I have used Fresh Step Multi Cat Extra Strength for years and will not switch. I have three cats sharing one large litter box, and this litter handles it with no problem. The clumping is excellent. It forms tight, solid clumps that do not break apart or fall through the scoop. It does not stick to the scooper, which makes cleaning quick and easy. I scoop once or twice a day, and honestly, no one would ever know I have cats. The odor control is that good. I have tried other brands over the years, and nothing compares. This one is consistent, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. I highly recommend it for multi cat households.

Love the smaller sized individual bags of litter. They’re much easier to manage vs the large chunky boxes. With four cats, we’re handling a lot of litter. Only giving four stars because the entire order came in that one box and was too heavy to carry inside with the litter and cases of canned food all in one package. Had to unload on the front porch. But as you can see, Jake loves the box!
This old litter worked great, but they changed the formula
This litter was excellent and well worth the price. I have 7 cats. BUT! They caught corporate greed and now each box is less lbs. for the same price. That’s shrinkflation!

I probably could have lived with that. But they also changed the formula. It’s more coarse and doesn’t clump nearly as well. It’s time to boycott when a company lets you down so that’s what I’m doing. I’ll be buying my litter from a different company. I was a loyal customer for many, many years. However, they weren’t loyal to me.

It’s getting to the point where I may need to look into “Lifghtweight” litter because I simply cannot carry it inside nor dump it into their box. I wish they would make the prices more reasonable for the Lightweight litter! It’s very expensive at this point, it’s either good for them or litter! I am 65 and my cats have all lived a very long life. I have one now that is 17 now, so looking into the lightweight litter so I can save my “back”!! I just cannot carry it anymore. Please lower prices on this lightweight litter!

When delivered to my door, the sides of the box were no longer taped shut, if they were at all, and litter had pooled beneath the box before I moved it. No matter how I moved it to get it into my house, it spilled on my deck, my welcome mat, and my entrance mat. This was made worse by the fact that it was raining that day, so the clumping litter has now clumped all over my porch. This shows that there's loose litter all in the box, which I still haven't opened. If you need further photos or videos of the box currently spilling litter unopened, I can assist.
